As a lifelong Laker fan, i watched this game on TV and when Horry hit that shot, I cried. Only time I've ever even got close to crying due to a sporting event. It was epic in every way, and Hollywood couldn't have written something more dramatic. Big Shot Bob is one bad ass player that doesn't get enough love for his playoff performances. Not just 3s at the end, he's the kind of guy that will get you a critical steal or make a great pass etc. at key moments of the game. His entire 4th quarter in this game was masterful.

+The Notorious G.T.M. But the Sacramento Kings choked. All they had to do is to win either Games 4, 6 or 7 and they didn't do it.
Now, the Kings have to suffer even more when their NorCal neighbor, the Golden State Warriors, beat them to the punch in terms of winning NBA titles in 2015 and 2017.

Straight up, No lie. I literally ran through our house when Horry hit that J, yelling, "He hit it! He hit it! He hit the shot!" My wife and kids, who were about 10 and 8 years old at the time, thought I was crazy. You know, they probably still do....... I still watch this clip from time to time. Still get that feeling inside. Tears, man. Chills, for real. And, after he hit it, 'Big Shot Rob' was BEYOND COOL. James Bond style. "This is what I do!" Best ever. 🏀
