They would make beautiful tree ornaments w/o bases, of course.

Just started working with Apoxie sculpt but would never had considered this bead attachment approach had you not show it in this video. Thank you for stretching our minds and our abilities by your generous donation of time, talent and inspiration. They are all so beautiful.
I'm a beginner and always thought I had to cut all the tiny pieces first. Grand idea to draw out the basic design, shape and then cut smaller pieces. So much easier. Thanks for that idea also.

I m running out of words of appreciation !!! The dragonfly is coming up beautifully.. can't wait for more. The animal figurines are lovely to say the least. I specially like how you make the fox tails look so bushy - the one with glass tubes is the best 👍💯 😍😍😍😍

I love the mix of beads and glass on the animals! I have done several of the cardinals, definitely not as beaitiful as yours. I cannot seem to find the cardinals and other animal substrates anywhere. Can you help?

beautiful dragonfly and the individual animals are wonderful. Often, our eye goes blind to things like the bases of these individual animals. Leaving them unfinished looks cheap, imo. At the very least, I would paint them and/or trim with gold leaf. We tend to “not see” areas of our own work sometimes and dismiss it out of hand as good enough. When, if we went the extra mile, we could take our work to the next level of value for our customers. Give some thought to how you could transform those plain wooden bases into something of much greater value, like mounting a slightly larger rectangle of marble, granite, wood or bronze as a base. These are beautiful pieces and i see them being much more valueable with the added heft of a more thoughtful base.

Thank you. I'm a beginner so my favorite parts were when it was actual time and you were explaining how to build your butterfly wings.
I would seriously watch a video that is a much slower speed with only one project at a time if you would be interested in doing one.

Thanks for asking. I sell many pieces and commissions via my website & social media. I have an Etsy shop with smaller items. And I often exhibit my work locally where it is for sale. I have lots of small things in a few local galleries with holiday shoppes. If there is something you like, just let me know!
