The dragonfly is amazing!! And your video skills that give us such detail are a bonus! I also love all the practical tips: how to easily oil your cutting wheel, using a ballpoint, using each end of the stick for the apoxy sculpt, etc.!! Love it ALL!! Thank you!!

Such gorgeous pieces, all looking so fabulous and love your music choices as well especially the track where you were working on the snowdrops where you changed out the ball chain for the beads. 😊

The dragon fly is BRILLIANT literally !!!! Your idea to place the strips on the body at an angle to catch the different shades is GENIUS !!! The snowflakes are also verry nice with each of them having their own names 💓 Julie I am yet to start on mosaic and I hope to achieve even an iota of what you do in this lifetime 🙏🙏🙏

I'm sorry, they are not. But you can call my gallery and order over the phone. The folks there are pretty helpful! I have them at Spruill Gallery and Gift Shop 1-770-394-4019. They are open 10am-5pm M-S and Sunday 12-5 through Dec. 23. Here's the website: www.spruillarts.org/gallery

Is there a reason why you would use black apoxie V’s white for the snowflakes? Also, have you used mod podge to glue any of your little mosaics?

When do you decide to use the apoxy sculpt? Is it only to build up the glass? I’m new at mosaicking! Thank you! Your dragon fly is so gorgeous! Beautiful work on it and the snowflakes!

I used it on the snowflakes because I did not want to worry about grouting the complex shapes. It "self grouts" on the snowflakes quite easily. I used it on the dragonfly body to build up a bit and to control the angle of the dichroic glass. I plan on grouting the body.
