Welcome to my highlight reel showcasing the best of my trip through the Baltics. I got to see the big cities of Riga, Vilnius & Tallinn as well as some smaller towns and villages such as Tartu and Sigulda. I visited the forests of Latvia, the lakes of Lithuania and the coastline of Estonia!
During my trip I explored the history and culture of all three countries and found the most incredible destinations throughout the Baltics. I went on a bike ride around the Lithuanian lakes. It was beautiful and so was Latvia. Happy memories

@@MattWhitingsEurope I have been to Latvia, Lithuania, and a lot of Europe . When I said I was going there people looked at me odd 😐. But now everyone goes there lol. Some of these places are beautiful

Fab trailer! Having been to all three Baltic countries now, which would you say has been your favourite of the three? 🤔
Very hard to say as I want to revisit all three and find some places I didn't make it to on this trip. Maybe I should start in Estonia next time and work my way south - perhaps taking a route that doesn't pass through the places I've already been. How about you? Do you have a favourite?
@MattWhitingsEurope that sounds like a good plan. Maybe you could start in Helsinki and take the 2 hour ferry down to Tallinn? I think Tallinn/Estonia has been my favourite so far, but its a close tie! They've all been such nice and interesting countries. I've spent a week on my own in both Vilnius and Tallinn now, but I only stayed in Riga for 2 1/2 days with a friend, so I think I'd need to spend a week in Riga for a fair comparison.... 🤔
It's funny becuase I did loom at that ferry when I was in Tallinn with a view to possibly catching it for a few days in Helsinki. Maybe it would work in reverse, flying into Helsinki and then out of Vilnius. I can totally relate to what you say about Tallinn, it is an amazing place and I enjoyed my visit very much. Looking forward to sharing it on CZcams in the next few weeks/months.
@@MattWhitingsEurope That would be a great idea, and its always quite novel to take a ferry somewhere! If you decide to do it, it'd be interesting to see a video about the Helsinki ferry 😊
