It’s been a tough few days as I had a sudden slip up, but I’m starting to return to being kinder to myself.

Idk if I have an eating disorder too but im also really restrictive on what I'm eating and afraid of high calorific foods. The more I watch these the more I wonder if im sick.

I totally relate to not wanting to waste food!!! I'll be so full but most of the foods I eat are stuff u cant rlly store for later like yogurt, canned sausages, or other similar things 😭

hey! I know this is super late, and I'm not sure if this even helps lol... but let me assure you, that the bowl of vegetables and rice you had definitely wasn't 1000 kcal! at most 600
im trying to restrict but the cravings get to me any advice

Tell ur self later, and drink lots of water and enough protein and lots of veggies. Low sodium soups too. Greek yogurt is good and filling as well
if u crave it super super badly u should let yourself have a small amount of it, that helps prevent my binges ! u can also chug coke zero and a tip i saw on tiktok is getting a ton of popsicles that have no sugar and eating them when youre hungry and it honestly game changing like 10 are around 150 kcal its insane !! gl restricting
take a shower bc u cant jump out just to eat of take ur mind off doing somet else
