    I train arms just once a week and the results never cease to amaze me. this is because almost all upper body workouts indirectly works arms, especially triceps. Nice content Panda

    For those who dont have access to gym: do handstand push ups! It will additionally boost your shoulders beside your arms.

      Don't think most people can do that if they are beginners so I'd recommend Pike pushups first

    Superset 1 : Close grip chin up with incline diamond pushups
    Superset 2 : Close grip chin up with parallel bar dips
    Superset 3 : Hammer Curls with triceps kickbacks
    Superset 4 : Rope pushdown with hammer curl
    Superset 5 : Single arm cable curl with single arm cable extension
    Superset 6 : EZ- Bar curls with close grip bench press
    Superset 7 : Incline spider hammer curls with incline overhead triceps extension

    Alternating between biceps and triceps, I can’t believe how many people I’ve seen and heard try (and struggle) to bang out 3 or 4 bicep or tricep exercises consecutively! It’s good to hear a pro confirming what I’ve always believed was good practice 💯
