This is off topic but I'd love to hear you discuss one of the US cases in which a man was ordered to pay child support for a child that was the product of statutory relations...once such case involved a 35 yr woman snd a 15 year old boy.

I hope one day you guys become world famous! There is no one talking about man. Where the world is heading to. A false accusation is what it takes to ruin a man, what seemed to be common sense are not being applied by police or prosecutors anymore.
I do empathize with women who are actually victims but our entire society (I'm in the USA) ignores many crimes that women commit against men. Whether false accusation, SA, DV, etc.
We need to get away from all of these identity politics and group associations and use the courts to assess individual cases as individual and isolated.

Government advertisements in Australia tell men if both of you are intoxicated and you have sex that the woman is not able to consent and it is sexual assault, by the man on the woman.

I had a case where the lad (white) was convicted of “raping” his girlfriend.
Together for 4 years. It took place during consensual sex. He was rough she said. She stayed with him for 18 months after and only complained when he broke up with her.
He got 16 years. First offence.
So can the victim ( ie the man) sue her and the police for defamation?
There is no evidence of assault, no illicit drugs, no evidence of a crime other than her guilt induced complaint.
So on what basis did the Police/prosecutor decide to charge and prosecute him?
Their legal immunity is contingent on their acting in impartial l y and in good faith. That good faith needs to be based upon something other than her word.
He can try but won't succeed sadly.

This is clearly all to cover herself and assuage her guilty conscience.

She has a consensual one night stand, he sends her a photo the next morning of wine glasses in his bedroom and maybe her husband sees it so she has to cook up this story to save her marriage all while destroying this guys life? I wonder when the date will be set in divorce court with the applicant being the husband? Just awful behavior on her part. These falsely accusing applications should be charged with contempt and perjury.
I do understand that Sex is your specialty but if you are ever looking for something to talk about maybe you could have guests on talking about other types of law and situations.
