    Our free Fitness Friday video series focuses each week on one aspect of fitness designed to support people living with Parkinson’s. This week's video features exercises to improve posture.
    Created and taught by Parkinson’s expert and Doctor of Physical Therapy, Joellyn Fox, each Friday we will release a new 12-minute video. This series is designed to build on itself and is a great tool for people with Parkinson’s, but also for physical therapists looking for ways to properly support and engage clients living with Parkinson’s.

    Even though I do not have Parkinson's, I engage in many upper and lower body routines. My cervical spine is arthritic with limited mobility, and my thoracic spine is problematic. This particular routine made me feel like a million bucks, so thank you for your clear, enthusiastic, and energetic instruction...Anastasia

    I have cataract surgery on both eyes

    How do I search for these on CZcams so I can watch on my larger tv screen?

      I think you just play it on your computer or tablet or phone. Then go to your tv with a CZcams connection and look at your history. It should appear there if you use the same account as your non-tv account. It helps to select subscribe.

      Hi Mike - The Parkinson’s Outcomes Project study shows that 2.5 hours of weekly exercise along with medication, can significantly improve quality of life for people living with Parkinson's.
