More rain, more idiots, more entertainment. Yes CZcams, these videos are life-changing and inspiring.
The ducks are more smarter then these stupid drivers.
Why do you call them idiots ? 🤣
I mean some of them just want to go to work or go back home, or just for fun.
It can't be all that deep, it only comes halfway up those ducks!
Yes but they have really long legs🤣

2.08. Yep, that leaf blower should clear out the hydraulically locked cylinders just fine.
Yes, and also straighten the bent valves!
I did lose it when I saw the leaf blower come out 😂
It shows the lack of understanding most people have about an engine needing to suck in air and not water!
Will straighten the bend conrods as well all by itself....
Because according to idiot logic water compresses just fine in a motor...
Personally I would of gone for the rice in a bag strategy
I've been a mechanic for 20 years, and I never knew you could fix a flooded engine with a leaf blower....genius.
What should w do if meet condition like this?, should we drive slowly to that flood or search new way?
@@caturlifelive I would never drive in to that, But if you absolut need to, do it SLOW, and DONT accelerate in the water, it really increase the chance that the car would suck water in and hydrolock the engine, ( goodbye engine ) .. But again, if you value your car, then find another way !
@@T_____c Thanks sir, really appreciated it. that informstion really help me to understand about car engine 🙏🏻
@@caturlifelive No problem :) I can explain more about it, Its better to "see it" Scotty kilmer actually have a video about this, czcams.com/video/Yehz2gUnNe0/video.html
I'm on my fourth beer binge watching these. My girlfriend can't understand what I find so fascinating. It's pointless trying to explain the carnage to her.
Idk why it's so addicting
A O Let’s go! Oh wait we’ve hydro locked our van…😂
Police use a lot of BMWs for pursuits, all a criminal has to do is put Rufford Ford in his getaway route and the Police will all get left behind with wrecked engines, as long as the criminal is driving anything but a beemer.
So convenient too as there's a Rufford Lane Ford within a 10 mile radius of anywhere in the UK.
Or a Sprinter
Drive through in reverse, throw them off completely, you will make it too
BMW must be made from paper lol
Bmw’s air intake like the beak of a hungry bird. Bird: ‘Throw in anything it’s fine ‘
mother: No it’s not, worms only.. throws in cig bud
Bmw: coughs
Is there some sort of a road rule in UK that says : "In case you have encountered a large body of water you shall continue driving straight without slowing down. Godspeed." ? Also watching this made me believe that British drivers were driving straight into the Channel before the Eurotunnel was built.
Well they voted for Brexit…. I‘m not wondering….

As the comment at the end says “it’s all BMWs!” 😆🤦♂️
*Mercedes-Benz Sprinter enters the chat*
🤣🤣🤣🤣
All in all, they would all fit on your forehead
0:55 The transformation of the driver from confident (that they make it), to relief (that they have made it) to horror (why the car is behaving strange) is funny for me, everytime.
Lmaoooo
These poor mighty cars, made to handle high speed motorways, curvy mountain adventures and bumpy rural roads... only to be killed by someone thinking it's also a boat
What's even funnier, there are already cars standing around with their hazard lights on. Still people driving into the water at full speed. "Must be coincidence."
or, “Must be waiting for me to put on a show”. :-)
Well If I lived in that house I wouldn’t even need a tv this is way more entertaining 🤣
The ultimate tag team is relocating Rufford Lane Ford under 11foot8 ! Mechanical and bodywork armageddon !

I’d love to have mics mounted in the cars to hear their reaction
Or see the dash light up like a christmas tree!
For any non car guys/gals drive slow through water. You engines air intake is about knee height and if you drive fast the bow wave will draw water directly into the intake destroying the engine. Don't be like the guy with the leaf blower in this video
I like my car too much. I would just turn round and find another way.

I guess these people don't know how engines work.... It's amazing that people think that speeding into deep water is a good strategy. I still think basic mechanics should be taught as part of the driving test.

Just glad that little kid wasn't standing on the road near the gateway for that one - no way the tractor driver would have seen him with that wave. Flat Stanley!
The local garages must be rubbing there hands !
Or road side recovery on standby, couple of hundred pounds a pop 😂
Rule of thumb - if you go fast enough to wash the water up your screen then you're a split second away from hydrolocking the engine unless it's a bmw in which case I would be scared to take it through a car wash.
I took my bmw through an automatic car wash and it hydrolocked my wallet
I came across this channel randomly and it is awesome!!
love how the EV's just dont care about the water because they dont need air.
And because they're weighed down by the batteries so they don't worry about floating away
@@nthgth no they can still float. Tesla's can "be life rafts" for short periods of time
Guess they don't need their front license plate and undercarriage trims either 😂
@@Zlin0035 that's pretty amazing. Weighs considerably more than similarly sized gas cars, still floats

What I have learned is the slowly you do it, the more chances you have. But almost everything is hitting the gas pedal just before entering into the water… 😶🌫️😶🌫️😶🌫️
The gift that keeps on giving. 😀😀
This is perfect.
I have driven though that Ford a few times. In a sprinter van. Never died on me. Even tho the last time it was closed to high water. Such a shame as it a good Ford to go though.
A Sprinter can take that easily, but SLOWLY
@@sussertheoriginal The number one rule of driving in water, slow. Though it seems like noone knows this judging from these vids lol
1:01 is painful to watch. The water damage and the possible gearbox damage too. You should never tow an automatic transmission.
Another great video. Praying for more rain haha!
I think the number plate collection has doubled !!!
Insurance companies should watch these videos and not pay out for self inflicted flood damage. I bet if the owners had to pay for the damage themselves they would not drive through the ford.
Insurance won't cover it anyway.
Debatable, having read a few insurance companies terms and conditions its a bit of a grey area. In some cases they will pay out if you have taken reasonable precautions. I think it would depend if you have told the insurance company that you drove cautiously. If you tell them that you have been cautious and then they see the video of the car being driven like crazy they would refuse the claim.
They should just refuse anyway. Theres a detour to completely avoid the ford just a mile away
Someone should open up a mechanics either side of that Ford.. they'd be minted!
The plate collection is stunning!🤣🤣🤣
Loving the number plate graveyard🤪
To the owner of the Merc at 3:43, don't worry mate, your plate hasn't been stolen. It belongs to a Ford now.

@0:37 the exact moment the car ingests water! @1:10 that is an impressive pull, for that truck. @3:40 I like how the passenger is holding their feet up! I am surprised at the capabilities, of the Ford Fiesta's! 👀

One way to ruin a Jag SVR. No doubt pop up on copart In the coming weeks.
Ducks swimming behind the dead bmw is the highlight of this channel.
This is one of my fav youtube channels now.
Nice to see the BMW drivers have not learned a thing about using their vehicles in water!
The air intakte of the BMWs are very low, thats because they Stuck in the water.
We had a flood nearby one because of clogged drains and it barely made it above the kerb. Killed 3 BMWs and everything else made it though. Including a Caterham
And others learned ?? Think sometimes

BMW and Mercedes shares would Halve overnight
But if driven correct it would be a non issue....
BMW and mercedes though could move the air box intake higher
Amazingly calming to watch
What a cool way to cool your engine bay down from a hot day
Well, with sea levels about to rise I suggest no one buys a BMW 🤣
Thats why german cars suck.
The white BMW was still there today. Water was only a foot deep today when I went through in my Hilux. Easy.
Ben...You're spoiling us! Thanks! 0:44 Action Drains...Drowned...These video make me cry with laughter 😂😂😂
0:58 Nice BMW destroyed and dragged 😂😂😂
It was mee 🤣🤣 running good straight after ahah
Hydrolock heaven 😂
Why is nearly everyone without sufficient ground clearance so incredibly stupid? Everyone with high clearance is going sufficiently slowly for their air intake height. Everyone else is.. well. The Beemers could've easily made it.
Maybe the people with elevated cars bought these after their first experience with the fort?
@@MetalheadAndNerd That'd be really something. "The ford beat me, I'll try again!!"
These electronic handbrakes: does it never occur to these manufacturers that people might sometimes want to tow it? What a classic too-clever-for-their-own-good idea that is
Its not the hand or e-brake its the Transmission from mercedes and bmw which are completly comtrolled and operatet via eletric. You have no gear lever to put it in neutral like at my passat
When the engine dies the auto clever dick gearbox is also locked! Hence the dragging wheels 🔒
Yes it's also quite dangerous and causes many tailbacks as they can't be pushed away in a breakdown.
In these cars there is an emergency brake release at the back. But many people dont know about it
Lmfao 🤣 this never ceases to amaze Me
2:02 karma lol
AO let’s go nowhere
I know that a lot of these issues can be avoided by driving slowly and minimising the bow wave...but what if you reversed in at speed? The massive bow wave wouldn’t matter, as there’s no air intake at the back (in most cars, yes, I know rear-engines exist) and it would actually ‘pull’ water away from the wake of the wave, where the front of the car sits.
Exhaust be blocked if you went fast in reverse
Knowing the idiots that drive through at speed, they most likely loose control and J turn into the bridge
@@krisnoff I honestly don't know the answer, which is why I'm speculating, but if you stayed at high revs wouldn't the pressure coming out of the exhaust prevent the water from blocking the exhaust? Unless you stopped revving and caused a vacuum somewhere in the system to suck water in? Again, genuine question because I really don't know the answer.
@@barryausten3578 I'm only speculating as well. But in my opinion, in order to have the revs high enough to keep the water pushed out of the exhaust while going in reverse, you would have to be going very fast backwards.
But i still think that if you're going that fast in reverse that the opposing force of hitting the water would cause the water to block it up. I could be wrong.
I would think, the safest bet "if you decide to go backwards might be to go slowly backwards while maintaining high revs in the engine using clutch control similar to that of a hill start.
@3:43 how to lose your number plate 101
1:17 game over, right there. 🤑
