Your graphic shows a fully assembled leaf spring when discussing Powder Coating. Is that how you do them? If so, it's not surprising you get rust between the leaves after 2 years?

Thoughts on something like Cerakote? I just did my springs with Sniper Grey air cure. Cerakote seems really tough stuff and very abrasive resistant. Time will tell as I haven’t got them installed yet.

Where's the mentioning of powdercoat has to be stripped to bare metal to powdercoat, thats literally the main thing.
