JUNGLE TRAIN & SLEEPER TRAIN Journey to Taman Negara from Kelantan! - MALAYSIA TRAVEL VLOG & GUIDE

- Our first train ride in Malaysia!
We were so sad to leave Kelantan, we will especially miss Aunty at Min House Camp. After we had nasi lemak for breakfast and pulut durian for lunch, we left to go to Wakaf Baru station. YES, it was our FIRST TIME TRYING pulut durian btw!
We took the jungle train (jungle railway Malaysia) from Wakaf Bharu station to Gua Musang station, and then transferred to the ERT 27 Express Train (Sleeper) to go to Jerantut. And from Jerantut, we took a taxi to go to Kuala Tahan near Taman Negara. An almost 24 hour journey! But we are happy to arrived at our destination and stay at Asia Camp Resort.
We hope you enjoy this Malaysia travel guide and Malaysia travel vlog. Stay tuned for more things to do in Malaysia, especially things to do in Taman Negara and Taman Negara travel guide and Taman Negara vlogs.

Trying to make a trip while riding the train by buying a bed coach is very fun and can create a nostalgic experience of riding the train JB Sentral to Tumpat or Tumpat to JB Sentral in addition to eating maggi soup in the canteen coach. 😁👍😬

Cool journey..
Can't wait for next video..😁
❤️❤️
10:23 The last time I was on board a sleeper train was back in year 2000. Time flies fast. Haven't been in one since.
It was cool to experience the sleeper train!!
Long time ago, I often did travel to KL from kelantan via sleeper train. One of the best way to travel at far distance
Totally agree! Safe, affordable, comfortable!
I'm so proud you guys did the Jungle Train journey. I did the whole stretch from JB Sentral to Tumpat in 2018 with some friends on the Shuttle/Mail train. It stops at every single station and hut which gives us the perfect opportunity to see how people who live along the railway use the train to commute daily.
It also stops at Dabong. You should have gone to Stong National Park where the beautiful Jelawang waterfall is.
we loved that train journey👍5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love the thought and the effort into this vlog👌 Stesen berikutnya!! 🙌
!!! oooh there was no “stesen berikutnya” announcement! Haha and thank you!
Train food from malaysia(wakaf bharu to gua musang) verry good
yep! 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
4:16 Ahhh, there's one Malay 'pantun' (traditional Malay poem and usually rhymes) that suits this moment well.
Kalau ada sumur di ladang,
Boleh saya menumpang mandi,
Kalau ada umur yang panjang,
Boleh kita berjumpa lagi,
English translation :
If there ever is a pond in vicinity
.
We could possibly bathing till remain
,
if there ever is a longevity
,
We could possibly be meeting again
,
Did you use google translate? 😂
@@user-zc2hz3yj2k hahaha
@@user-zc2hz3yj2k Nahh, I found it through Google. This is one of well known Malay pantun, it'd been translated to English version.
@@TakeMeSomewhereNice__ huh, for some reasons it doesn't sound right to me lol. Maybe because its a direct translation.
If there is a well in the fields
May I take a bath there
If we have a long life
May we meet again someday
doesnt rhyme but a more direct translation heh
I think u guys can just order grab car instead of taxi its more cheaper..btw u guys funny and became my favourate
It was grab! It was a taxi that came from grab lol. And thanks! More good stuff to come
The sleeper train is a must for me to try, looks amazing....even provides bed to sleep, like WOW ❤️🇲🇾

Sincerely hoping and praying that KTMB will maintain the scenic ride of The Jungle Train once the East Coast Railway Link is completed.
And to Steve and Ivana just remember this..
"Goodbye Doesn't Mean Forever"
yes, such nice sceneries along the way. 👍
ECRL will not replace the east coast railway. KTMB operates the "jungle train" at a loss to make fares affordable for locals who rely on it to commute daily. Like those kids who attend schools in Dabong or makcik who sell their kebun produce in bigger towns. The good thing is that KTMB is in the process of upgrading the trains and tracks to accommodate the new DMU trains 🎉
Follow my friend's FB - Mohd Radzi Jamaludin. He travels on trains around the peninsular every year. Nice photos and stories.
He also guides those who would like to make the same journey.
