My daughter has some white cotton vests and, like me, she likes everything to be tie dyed! So she requested that I dye this vest blue, purple and pink. Who am I to say no?! I soaked the vest in soda ash solution, added dye dye powder to the vest, then covered it in ice and frost from the freezer.
Fibre reactive dyes can be used on plant based fibre and animal based fibres. Acid dyes can only be used on animal based fibres.
