      You should use wrist cap before lifting weights. Avoid pull ups or chin ups..

    SIR,
    I had fallen from bike and got a pain in lower back end of the wrist 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
    Normally it doesn't hurt but when any pressure is put it on it starts painning.
    Can't do a single push up with this pain😭😭🙏🏻

    Sir mujhe kuch 2 month pehle wrist pain start hua tha maine gym me forearms ki jada exercise laga li thi..first time pain mujhe chin-ups martke wakt feel hua barbell chodhne ke baad.. Uske kuch din baad push-ups Marne ke liye mai position tak nhi le paa raha tha palm floor pr rakhte hi tej jhan-jhanahat huyi..maine 10 din ka rest liya phir bhi kuch nhi hua phir mai doctor ke pas gya unhone glucosamine tablets diye 10 din ke liye uske baad dard nhi hua pr tak-tak ki awaj Aati rahi wrist se koi bhi movement krte wakt phir maine khud ke man se hi joint supp. Lena start kiya glucosamine, msm,chond.bosewella content wali..phir bhi kuch farak nhi pad raha sir abhi to elbow aur shoulder se bhi snapping sound sunayi deti hai..kbhi kbhi elbow Halka sa pain bhi krta hai..aur wrist se to har bar barik si tak-tak ki awaj Aati hai please I beg you kuch solution bataye🙏🙏 @sukoon physical therapy
