- Don't Buy Recai DTG Printer from Alibaba! This is a real review of the Recai DTG printer that is on Alibaba! Be careful when purchasing, watch entire video! If anyone has any helpful info on how to fix this thing feel free to leave a comment! Recai Printer Review
Did you run the printer everyday, because that white ink will easily clog up if not used everyday. Your unit looks a little different, but are you able to remove the cartridges to shake the ink, especially white. And I would not recommend using their ink. I recommend Firebird or Image Armor
Can anyone help me i print an image and it always has lines is there a program im supposed to be using
Every problem you have is user error. Just looking up regular maintenance about cleaning/flushing your lines daily, making sure you print daily etc all tell you that if you dont do any of that itll clog. Clogging ruins the print head etc. If you dont know how to use a dtg printer then you shouldnt buy one, ive had a dtg printer from alibaba for 4 years now but i did my due diligence about maintenance, learning how to clean the machine daily etc. and as far as antone saying “well how are you supposed to learn” ill say this you dont buy a Ferrari to learn how to drive.
Do you own “this” machine? Did you have the customer service from this exact company? This wasn’t my first or last printer! This printer was torture in comparison to any of my other printers! Just my experience! You have your own! Stay blessed!

On Gawd you not lying.... I ordered Dec 30th and I just received it 4 days ago. I felt like I was scammed. On top of the long delivery time they didn't tell me they don't bring upstairs but charged me $900 for door delivery. I am finally about to set it up now for the first time which is why Im here.

Yea it took forever! I’m hoping I finally figured out the problem. “ON my own” because Recai won’t even respond to me anymore! No warranty no support! Hopefully when the part comes I’ll do another review.
Where would I look for the instructions manual/video? Can't find it for the life of me

I bought from recai last year of september. The problem is blinking red at ink. Until now it wasnt fix

dgt printer is very maintenance machine ... if dont know how to maintain it dont get dtg printer ...

Learning maintenance isn't like learning to ride a bike, lol, you read up on maintenance schedules, research what works - not just keep at it and you'll learn maintenance over time 😂 Can you imagine if people did that with their car oil changes rather than just getting informed off the start? "It's okay Hiro, you'll remember to put oil in it the next time and the better you get at it, the less it'll go CLACKA CLACKA CLACKA CLACK!!" 😂

its clear why there are so few user owner reviews of these chinese made machines......BIG red flag for me...after all these printers are offering full color and white ink DTG printing for under 1500 dollars...but dude did kinda fu*kup not knowing he needed to keep the printer plugged in....
Printer was never unplugged! It actually went into failure while in Their “suggested” maintenance mode! Which should have run a head clean every few hours! My review is just to show the machine “Is Not Worth Purchasing”! I’ve built working Printers since for thousands cheaper with the same exact printer guts!

You need to reset the printer it needs to fix in minuets
