It still doesn't make sense that Corey isn't dead or at least unconscious after Michael smashed his head to the ground several times but... yea this scene is a little bit better that way. At least we would have had a little bit more of Michael Myers on screen. Very well put together.

What a lot of people don’t realize about this scene is it’s not so much as looking into Cory’s eyes and seeing what he’s done in the past it’s Michael seeing his reflection for the fist time since his house got torn down and that’s why he lets Cory go he sees all the damage that has been done to him

this makes me curious if you can make an edit with Margo’s extended death after Terry gets lit by the blowtorch, the way you edited this scene is very great and makes the scene feel more tense as it should’ve originally been at least to me. The scene for the junkyard is here if you need it for reference czcams.com/video/jPObZ0n7gio/video.html and the deleted scenes are available here with Margo’s extended head stomp included czcams.com/video/ss0Y7NtUNxk/video.html. If that can’t be done, it is quite okay and I appreciate you taking your time to extend this scene out, it was very well edited and I enjoyed your video! 👍
I don't think that's it, at the beginning of the movie it is reported that people had mysteriously disappeared during the 4 years that Michael was in hiding, and even when Corey comes out of Michael's cave, the homeless man who lived next door told him to Corey that people had approached there and never came out again or that even Michael himself took people inside and that they never saw them again, also when the teenagers attack Corey after the party with Allyson you can see that there is a poster of a girl named Meagan Baxter who is missing, so we can believe that Michael kidnapped people probably to feed on them to survive and left the remains in the deepest part of his cave.
@Xiter 2022 The events after kills, he goes off and wanders around hiding from the manhunt. He then finds two lovers, kills them. Takes one of their bodies to a cave he found and then stays there for 4 years hiding. Guessing from the manhunt and Haddonfield
This movie makes no sense. In the context of Halloween and what Michael Myers respresents. An unstoppable force of nature.. yet in this one he just grew tired.. wtf

Well Michael is weak in this movie that's mostly why

I like that idea a lot more, Michael seeing how weak he’s become over the years and that he’s going to need Corey’s help in order to do that
Your right but I don't think it's emotional micheal sees himself in Corey literally and figuratively that's why he spared him

Who is the dead people? Like I feel like Michael took the bodies from kills and brought them in the sewer so they decompose in there💀
He killed a few people over the last 4 years
