Thank you so much for all your videos! It’s hard to find other people following the protocol. I have added more raw to my diet, but have not gone fully raw yet…like you I enjoy following others who have and learning from them.

Have you considered getting tested for mold lead toxicity/poison? I remember having killer migraines and couldn’t put my finger on what prompted them. I ended up getting tested positively for mold and took “global healing” brand Candida/mold cleanse within my raw auto immune healing protocol.
Migraines and unexplainable symptoms gone !

Interesting @MollyVSmurl where did you get the test?

@@vegremedy I honestly don’t remember mainly because I was working with a naturopath who would order everything… I’m pretty sure labcorp offers mold testing which is what I would do now to get blood work based tests done

I struggle, crave chesse all the time. I only started 2 wks ago. Im trying HN first. Any advice on cheese please. Also I noticed you have almond milk, I didn't think we were able to have milk? Thank you x

Hi @vanessafarber3043 Yes almond milk is okay, but on HN you can have the cheese. You can have whatever you want, just add smoothies. However--before I did the GBL protocol or even knew about Dr. G, I was already drinking the smoothies (a little less flax) and doing WFPB and it wasn't enough for me. It took the full protocol to get there. And don't worry about cravings, they will go away over time, you just have to ride them out. If you're not doing the raw protocol, try substituting nuts for dairy.

@vegremedy Thank you! I will need to go over to one of Dr Gs other protocols eventually. I'm trying mostly raw, I do eat cooked veg, baked potatoes too. I'm now trying to find ingredients for the chocolate smoothie, you've got me wanting to try that. Thank you x

I am vegan and tried adding Dr. Goldner's smoothies as well as eating more raw vegetables into my normal diet. It was a huge fail. After 2 weeks I had digestive upsets lasting a week after stopping the smoothies. I might try again with less flaxseeds or changing to chia seeds. I do love greens and vegetables, but not exclusively. I also don't like avocado very much and don't want to lose lots of weight.

Sorry to hear it didn't work for you @ivyclara9782 I've heard for some people there are digestive issues. If you try again, maybe get your doctor's help? It would be nearly impossible for me to do without avocado.

Flax seeds upset my tummy. I changed to flax oil and am doing much better. Also, I make sure to take a probiotic. ❤ I hope you can get it figured out!

@ivyclara9782 You probably needed to chose veggies for your blood type. When I eat items for my blood type I have no issues google supplemental list for what foods your blood type can eat. I can eat apples but oranges for my blood type give me digestive issues. The book name is eat right for your blood type
