A medication I take is responsible for my scalp inflammation and hair loss , however the medication has been decreased and I have less symptoms etc. I would like to strengthen my microbiome to improve my immune function. I enjoy watching your educational videos please keep them coming.

Hello , will you be able to help me . I am suffering from mctd . Even the doctors are not sure what all do i have . In the initial stage i had severe joint pains and swelling on knees gradullay after 3 to 4 years its not shown up as most often but i do have shoulders and neck pain most often now and im very depressed and feels scared of getting an heart failure . I still feel the elbow and nervous pains , also have dry eyes using drops for now and my mouth feels dry too .. apart from water nothing is being taken . I am confused and stressed please help me out .

I have a similar problem and following the SCD diet has been extremely helpful. It’s hard to do, but helps. Google SCD recipes.
