It seems fairly obvious that the clear tube can be taken apart at the seam without damaging it and then laid out flat on the map. Being that I am not there and can't do that, I can't figure out what to do from there.
Really looking forward to "part 2" where you will solve the second part of this puzzle.

I think you found the first step (Number 2, 4, 1, 3 and 5). On the right of the map, you need to associate the numbers with the letters, that will give you a word. Add the word to the name below and you have an URL.
the numbers on the map describe the order of the letters on the flower on the right side.
put them in the correct order and you get a word.
Follow this word with line underneath the flower and you get an url to a website with the secret letter.
You are right. I had this same idea and it does give you a website with a secret letter and some videos. It looks like you are supposed to use the hedgehog on the bottom icon on the map to find the star and then locate the star on the map (which Mr. Puzzle actually did in the video haha) to get the numbers to correspond to the letters on the flower which lead you to the URL. I wonder if that is all there is or if the URL has more to the puzzle within the letter / videos.
I'm thinking you unroll the tube and line up the "flower" with the star in the center. Make note of the order of the Roman numerals. Then line up with the letters to the right of the map and maybe get a word?

This is true. I also did a very rough translation of the Latin, tell me if I read it wrong the script is odd and I used google translate:

So right off the bat, the first line makes me want to lol closer at the palace at the top of the map?
Second line is nonsense atm
But then looking closer at the “dates” for each quote it reads
A0H0 5564
A0D1 1804
So the first thing that came to mind was the zeros look like degrees, but the 1 makes me think otherwise. 5564 tells me they’re definitely not real dates, unless AH is a novel dating system. As a tangent, a crude assumption would be to swap in the h for the d in “anno domini” to get “anno homini” something like “in the year of man”. Not sure if intended this is getting like level 5 if we’re assuming there’s a lore in this puzzle with 5000 years of something called the year of man. If the “dates” are a red herring though we can put it in our head canon.
Okay so looking at “St Johanni” it looks like the superscript 0s are in place of periods, so “A.H.” seems to be a more accurate reading. Perhaps the 1 was a misprint? That would be unfortunate. Probably looking too hard at this so moving on to
Probably the biggest unsolved clue I can see at the moment is the third paragraph of the letter. At first glance it’s sound like the puzzler is saying “my underlings probably hid my secret” but if “my followers” is us and “the shelter” is the tube, maybe the puzzler is hinting that it would be easier if we use our smart phones, camera possibly, to function as the tube would function. Or something to that effect. Sorry these are all probably wild red herrings. Best of luck!

Maybe you should inspect the hedgehog itself. That brushed brass may be hiding something.

I think you need to unroll the plastic tube, then place the hedgehog through the cutouts of the flower. Then see Wich letters on the key or compas are touching a spike .

Just guessing. Roll up the map into a cylinder with the map facing outward, and put the map cylinder into the plastic tube. Align the "flower" pattern in the margin of the map with the cut-out on the tube. If that doesn't give anything. Roll the map up into a cylinder with the map facing inward, again aligning the flower with the cutout in the tube, then look into the cylinder as if it's a telescope.

I think putting the two tubes together and rotating them is necessary; thereby making things quite difficult....
The only thing i can see here is the roman numeral numbers correspond to 'DREAM' if oriented with the key outside on the right of the puzzle from I-V. from there it looks to me like you'd need to use the hedgehog on the star of david like it is in the bottom right? but after that i'm lost

It looks like it's a cypher.
The portion on the main map you showed had roman numerals. Those look like they line up with the letters on the symbol on the right.

A few days ago I recieved the " GEN IN BLACK" Hedgehog puzzle which I ordered directly from the Czech site (I'm czech). It's a clever design very different from the original version.

Try to open hedgehog you would find the secret you are looking for.

In Czech fairytale the solution is, grab the longest one through the biggest hole and start rotating idk exactly the order, the the fairytale is called "rychlé šípy - ježek v kleci"

No problem at all. I just don't linke doing text riddles and similar stuff. On a mecanical puzzle I can spend hours without a break though.

There's a Star of David in the center of the Roman numerals.

1804 was the end of the Habsburg Monarchy in Bohemia, the precursor to the Czech Republic. I can't find anything about the Jewish Bohemians at the time. Still, there's that Star and the word "Judaeorum." I wouldn't ignore that.
The "correct" alignment of the hedgehog has the six outer points in the same orientation as the Star of David.
