Hold horizontal. Put the widest gap on the bottom. Manipulate trial and error and let gravity help. You should get it out fairly quickly.👍

another tip is to find which bar is the closest to being out and then try to get that bar out

i measured it with caliper, it is 20 mm wide, others are 18 mm, that 2 mm extra gives you solving space.
