Something epic coming in the near "Future" #Area52
Return of the masked man?
Can't wait homie!!
FUTURE CHRIS SAGA CONTINUES???
You Are epic brother. 👍 You got me hooked on Hanayama and I've been a fan ever since. Great content always with cool beats in the background. You kill it Chris!
We can not wait!!!! More magic maybe??? Would love to see more. It's always enjoyable!
Watching him struggle after confusing the 7th & 9th swords was painful.
Came here to say this
He literally but them in order too 😅
@@danielcarr1452 Yes! And nine was the 1st he pulled
It was the 7 and 8
I know right? I watched him make the mistake and cringed because I knew that he was in trouble. But he finally got it as he never gives up.
I was screaming that you kept picking up the wrong swords and calling them different numbers. You got the first one right but you chose 7 instead of 8 then called 9 sword 7. I was screaming lol
gotta have that 20 minute vid tho. How many replies "I couldn't have done this!" ... when it's counting to 9 :/
Yeah he's mixed the swords up smh
The first one that he put back on was in the wrong orientation too
@@Azradok It's not just "counting to 9" The swords were numbered 1 to 9 yes, but they were sorted into 3 piles and not removed in the numbered order.
for example, pile 3 which had numbers 7-9 where removed in the following order: 9 7 8 which means the swords had to be sorted in a non sequential order in that pile. (keep in mind that the same was true for the other 2 piles, which means he had to keep 3 sequences in his head at the same time, not counting the sequence of where the swords go on the block)
Very understandable to lose track of the numbers since the system wasn't bullet proof from the start. And besides, it's not easy to think up a system before hand when you're not entirely sure what challenges the puzzle will have in store.
Omg I was doing the same thing
He somehow put the 9 in the 7 slot and still solved. What a legend, man.
Nice shoutout from Tom Holland. That’s legendary. Crazy to think how many celebs watch a certain someone without them knowing.
You take it all apart and then put three back in in the wrong direction almost immediately 😂 and if you look at the block, you can see the direction that the number three was supposed to be put back in. It is outlined on the box in white dust for some odd reason
This puzzle would be exponentially harder if he started with all the swords already taken out - without knowing the order of each sword.
Yhea but a few of the Swords looked to be the same as each other with the notches in the same place on both edges so it's possibly slightly easier if that's the case but still, yhea way harder.
@@itarry4 Yeah, but also if someone cleaned the sides so the markings of dust isnt there lol
I always love the cinematic openings
I was screaming at my screen “YOU MIXED UP 7 AND 8, GOD DAMMIT!!!”
Glad you were able to solve it eventually😅
7 & 9
No, it’s 7 and 8 (he put 8 under 7 and picked up 7)
He pulled 9 out first, then 7, then 8.
He put 8 in under 7 and 9, then picked up the middle one (which was 7)
@@NikFromm gotcha!!!
@@migu3lgom3z What? Is there some joke I’m not getting? Or are you saying that you get what I mean?
But then he also goes on to pick up the top one and call it 7, when it was 9. I missed the first mix up, but caught the second.
this was such a simple looking puzzle but clearly a challenge once it got going! this looks like such a fun puzzle to do and the wood makes it feel like it has some history which is just fantastic!
and that i just wanna say a lot of your music choices have really expanded my love of jazz, beats and lofi , guitar to a whole level. always having the best intro as well!!! and .being a musician i really appreciate it.
Love your work Chris - keep playing and trying new things, we’re here for it ❤ from 🇦🇺
Your video intros are so mystical
Wow, something looking so simple getting so difficult. What an amazing puzzle. Thanks for the video !
Really cool looking puzzle! And as always, enjoyable solve, too! Thanks for the video! 😊
Nice puzzle with a cool throw back to a classic illusion.
The woodworker in me can see that it's been around for a while.
It could use a little sanding and a new coat of varnish to spruce it up to be like new again.
Man this puzzle gave you a 10 of 10 for difficult after taking it a part! So cool for the dope intro you did for this puzzle it took you longer taking it apart, then put it back together!
I’m excited to see what project you’re working on! And it’s cool that this is so deceptively difficult.
One of the best content creators on CZcams. Great work ethic and amazing consistency considering the many projects he works on. Onenof my top 10 favorite magicians for sure.
I appreciate that!
when you started putting the swords back in the first one you put in you could see the dust or outline of the cross guard was at a different angle than the way you put it in
“Pretty sure you didn’t realize this initially however if you rewind this vid notice the wings on the sword handles on all three sides and all parallel to each other when they are all inside of that cube if that even makes any sense and so that could have been a clue right off the bat -
AWESOME WORK HOWEVER…..”
Hey there, I actually just thought about a content suggestion. I thought about posting it on the video, I´m referring to, but this video just came up, so I´ll post it here. I keep going back to the video, where you teach one of your employees a cardistry move in your car. It was the one video, where I always thought: "This might be fun to learn. If he can do it, I might be able to learn it as well." It´s the one video, that made me buy a deck of cards afterwards, even though I have no real interest in learning cardistry to more than a beginner level. I btw struggeled with the same things as Lee did. Even that was fun to realise. It just seemed fun and relatively achievable to me, while most cardistry tutorials are only made by people far more experienced. This comment really is too long to read already. I just thought, I´d like more of those videos, where you teach people, who are new to cardistry or magic basic moves, that people can just follow for fun. I also loved the interaction between the two of you. And it might be easy and fast to produce and maybe even fun for you and whoever you teach a move. Have a good weekend.
Great puzzle, also very calming to watch, you have a lot of patients, and when you said how bizarre, that song somehow became stuck in my head lol great video!
This is my first time watching a video of yours! I am only 26 seconds in but the visuals and editing are phenomenal. It is so aesthetically pleasing and oddly relaxing/calming lol
love the simplicity of puzzles like that , but yet a brain buster.
Love the intro music! This is like the actually worthwhile puzzle that wish push-through-the-cube puzzle that takes 2 minutes to solve rips off from.
Love watching your solves. Keep it up Chris 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Who came here after watching tom holland ❤
Started watching this on my TV and ran to my phone after you picked up sword 9 instead of 7 and was struggling….. Was like, gotta check the comments and see if everyone else caught that!! 😂 love your videos man! Keep ‘em coming
I always love your artistic intros. This just wasn't my favorite type of puzzle but it was still very fun to watch you struggle. 😊 I'm looking forward to more wooden or brass puzzles. Keep it up!
@@-Chris_Ramsay it's super uplifting knowing you really read my comments. Thank you for all the videos you've made. All your puzzle solves are so fun to watch. Thank you!
Chris, you cracked me up when you said there was a flaw in the puzzle. Obviously if it was together and you took it apart. It will go back together. Great video and your Great.
That was a fascinating puzzle. My brain hurt a little but that’s why I watch you do it instead of trying myself!
Hi Chris I love your puzzles. I like things that make you think. I found myself grinning and talking to my screen to help you realize you were pulling the wrong sword for seven. My sister said to me “you know he can’t hear you right”. I had to laugh. I just love all you do, magic, puzzles and escape rooms.
This one was fun to watch. keep it up!! I definitely wouldn’t be able to solve it
It's always intressting when you get a puzzle that you really need to know where the pices goes ore it will not go back in the end. Love it ❣🥰
Love this!! Keep these amazing videos coming!! Loving seeing your videos ❤👏🤩👍👍👍
Best intros on the Web! Some people gp into an ad immediately. That really grinds my gears!
This is the definition of “Throwing for Content”
The orientation they go back in is so obvious. The swords left markings on the wood. You can clearly see how they should go in.
That’s a cool new pop up but anyway, I wish I could’ve told you to look at the marks on the box for orientation!
Wouldn’t have worked for all of them but 3-8 was painful 😂
The way the cube is positioned towards the camera makes it look convex, very trippy illusion
When the fist sword went back in, you could see the dirt outline
TFW Chris puts the very first piece back in at a 90 degrees incorrect orientation😬
They were all vertically aligned, you can see the markings on the naked cube even.
And when he goes to pick up 7 and grabs 9 instead 😬
And when he rotates them to put them down and rotates them again when he picks them up😬
This could have been a lot simpler lol
Love your videos man!
Good job. Love your videos. You guys always make awesome content. Keep up the good work. Have a good day.
Left a like, still enjoying your video’s. Following you for so long already Chris. 👌👌
I love that if you stare long enough at the box when sat down it becomes an illusion!
You had me at the opening song!! Great vid!
Can not stress how much I enjoy your vids!!!
Sorry for your pain hope you hands get better soon. Sweet 💜💯💫
Great video Chris, this puzzle looks really confusing, great solve
Seriously, I would've gone further and just wrote the numbers on the swords. My brain exploded as soon as you started to put it back together.
Fantastic! One of those that looks like it should be easy, but once you get into it, you're like "oh lord, what have I started".
The b-roll is on point. Love the new cards got one of both color. Love the content.
Seeing Chris mix up 7 and 9 was actually interesting... Maybe put small color dot on them to not lose track of which sword is which.
The fact that we could also see the residual marks from what orientation the swords went, but it didnt seem to be visible to him was more infuriating lol. But he solved it regardless!
4:12 - Already yelling at my computer. lol
We all watched the orientation and order of each sword, as they were pulled out and laid on the mat. We all watched the 7th and 9th sword get confused, while attempting to put them in and we all started sweating each time you held 2 swords in your hand, trying to figure out the orientation... this was legit OCD TRIGGERING.
My Therapist is gonna "Adjust My Meds Again".
As soon as you picked up the wrong sword. 7 instead of 8, i was already shaking my head saying, "Dude, you are so fk'ing screwed"! Love the channel Chris. More magic please😊
You can see the outline of the guard on each sword on the box kinda gives you the orientation
Love watching your channels
By looking at the puzzle head on you can't see the dust patterns from above. So it feels a bit like cheating as a viewers perspective, never the less your videos are incredibly relaxing.
This.
Yep yep..
The dust outline is definitely easy to see. But considering he wrote down the order, he's surely sandbagging for the sake of the video. It should have taken all of a minute to put back, knowing the order.
Creates a system, doesn't follow the system, changes the order a billion times! Love it 🤣 keep the awesome content coming
The sound of the swords sliding in is SO satisfying!
Now that I've been watching you I'm remembering I have played with some of these puzzles before. I played with the chain-linked one. I think I got it to the part where you could pull it apart but I could never actually detach it. Also I have played with this one. I think I've only got two like number seven though. I have also seen the bomb puzzle with the 2051 I think it was coin inside of it. I'll let you know if there's any more.
Yep replaying that it was the 9th sword you pick up by mistake but everything worked out 😊 but if it was me I would have cheated by coloring all swords 😅 great job!!
Came to this channel because Tom Holland was doing an interview and he said that when he can’t sleep or is mine won’t shut down, he watches this channel and he really enjoys it. He’s even gotten into buying the Japanese puzzles himself so I’ve subscribed and I have to say I really enjoy it too, so thank you for what you do.
great content, as always....keep up the good work :)
Wow while I was watching this I was screaming about each time you put them in the wrong way and wondering why the next wasn't going in I was so glad when you finally clicked and than got it so easy good job
Hi Chris 👋 just came to this channel now by listening to Tom Halland. I think you are wonderful, will try to watch some of your videos. Thank you ☺️ 💗 .
Very satisfying to watch
I love how simple it was but because you out something down in the wrong spot it becomes harder
Ram fam 4 life. Rewind has got me bugging cuz im watching all your mistakes 🤣
I paused the video after you mentioned “future project”. It looks very film noir to me. I’m excited to see what’s in store.
I'm sure this has been pointed out multiple times, tldr. There was shadows of the sword handles left on the box, so as long as you knew the correct sequence, and you did because you noted the sword numbers as you withdrew them then there was only 2 options per sword, and less by noting where the notches on the blades are
I was screaming "you picked up 9 not 7" at my screen. lol
That was fun! Thanks Chris!
I have miss seeing the show because when change the did not transfer to new phone allow I did get it on new later. Sweet💜💯
best intros ever. Thanks Chris!!!
I was trying to figure out what order to eat my popcorn in while you were solving those swords. Talk about a challenging task lol
Orientation of the blades counts, position and index too.
That's a lovely puzzle!
Love the video awesome puzzle
spotted the 8 / 7 mix up as you did it .
was like woops, he just shot himself in the foot XD
Even on camera the orientation of the swards is visible, there is a clear discoloration that shows the swords guard.
"we need 7"
*Grabs number 9*
Oh boy here we go
Literally yelling at my screen the ENTIRE time. You messed that one up HUGE
i love when you said number 7 but picked up "9" and were stuck for a while. everyone slips up sometimes but puzzles make your brain hurt
Lesson learned: when removing pieces, don't just number the holes & note the order things come out of them, also record piece orientation when they come out AND where you put them down!!
I saw it immediately - he mixed up 7 & 8 from the first go.
Love the video!!❤❤
It’s interesting because this puzzle I totally understand.
Think of it like Sudoku - each line has to fit correctly in all the different directions.
Always enjoy watching your puzzle videos but my right eye started to twitch when you got 7,8,9 mixed up haha
Watching you after extraction 2 and I can't help but get reminded of Tornike Gogrichiani...
I feel like what you could have done was take a before picture of the puzzle so you could have a sense of the orientation and also have a piece of paper with column slots and numbers written on it to sort the pieces when you put them back.
You can see the hilt marks on the base for sword 3 being inserted wrong.
Yay ! FUTURE !!! I love those story lines!
Uh oh. Chris has a rough past with sword puzzles
haha
That was tricky but I knew you could figure it out, you always figure a difficult things out.
Second clue is the cross guards in the swirds aim at the next set of swords to the right
Yo Chris! Can you do another “Going through your magic stuff” type video? like the collection type ones where you get rid of stuff and we just get to see all your cool stuff
Omg dude you are murdering the order you laid out. Lol
Love the intro!!
