I legit thought this puzzle could only become played once! So it’s been undone on my shelf for over a year!! I thought you needed special tools to assemble it back. I got the pin and screw back in.. now I need a break before continuing to try to put the bolt back. It’s been 10 minutes and I’m already going nuts 😂

this winter it was really cold, so one day i managed to open one of the car s door and started the engine so it would heat up.Afterwards i got out of the car to clear the windows of the snow and when i closed the door because the locks werent unfrozen the lock from the door i slamed locked and my keys where in the car.

My recommendation for you is that when dealing with noisy puzzles like this, try recording the voice track separately so that the noise of the puzzle doesn't interfere with the clarity of your words. I had to keep adjusting my volume settings to hear you over the clattering of the bottle

This is less of a puzzle and more of a test of patients.
Yes patients - they take them to the mental ward and if any of the patients can beat it and put it back together without exploding in maniacal rage then they are cured and can go home. :)

tbh. that was a really easy puzzle. most puzzles are harder but i instantly saw how it works at this puzzle
The execution is the challenge.
I solved this one on my own. In my opinion, the hairpin is useless in solving the puzzle. Once I got it open, I felt putting it back together was the bigger challenge. Now it collects dust.
The hairpin is for leverage and to make it so the stick won't spin 360 degrees inside the bottle.

Nice video! One thing that makes the reassembly slightly easier is that it is possible to put the clip in the pole before you put it back in the bottle. It should hang at just the right angle that it will be able to fit back into the bottle.

The puzzle itself isn't too crazy, though I'm sure it takes a lot of patience and good hand control.
I just know the incessant *clattering* and *clinking* of metal on glass would drive me homicidally insane long before I finished reassembling the puzzle, and that'd just be rude to the next person who wants to solve it.
Therefore I think I think I'll stick to those twisted wire ring puzzles.

I discovered you could assemble the cotter pin on the wooden piece and slide it in without force. Saves much time as you focus only on the nut and screw.

I was thinking the same thing.. as soon as I saw it I figured out how to do it theoretically but I was way more impressed that he was able to reassemble it so easily than I was that he was able to disassemble it.

It’s a pity in a way to watch the solution. I received this puzzle as gift and was able to solve it pretty much as described in this video. It was such an amazing moment when the elegance of the design was revealed. It’s impressive enough to watch the video, but no comparison to solving it using your wits alone.
I'd go mad trying to reassemble that.
