This looks absolutely amazing. Kind of a shame that you can only truly experience such a puzzle once by yourself and then it's just a ridiculously expensive paperweight. Have you thought about maybe setting up some kind of exhibition of your puzzles, so other people can come in and experience these fantastic creations?

I love how this channel evolved from simple hipster-style magic trics to fun and small puzzle solving vids and now expanded to massive escape-room-in-a-box vids. I love it.

Imagine you work at custom and see this huge package containing a futuristic-bomb-looking thing with small pill inside of it.
And imagine they actually have to play all this thru to acces to the pill for the examine it in lab. Lol. "Wtf is this thing?"
and then imagine they examine this antidote in lab and finally discover it's a tic tac
im just laughing thinking the customs agents have to figure out every puzzle to make sure its not smuggling things or a bomb

Multiple puzzles with a connected storyline. This is such a cool idea. I’m exited for the next chapter.
If they somehow downscaled this idea of episodic, story based puzzles and made them available on the market (at a much lower price), I think it might catch on. I would certainly want to play!
There are the “Exit games”, are puzzle base games that can be found in Amazon, they don’t have connected story lines but there are a lot of them and that can make up for it.
Try the app game: the room, its 3 apps all building the story on each other

I'd be wanting a rebate on that part alone...
@@Surgical02 it would make it worth the price he paid certainly, without that piece of automation it cheapens the experience of the solve. Howeer the inclusio of the older puzzle really adds alot of value to the experience.
$25k for a broken puzzle?
@@johnsmithers5686 Well, it takes a lot of time to design something like that. From the looks of it, these people are great designers but not great engineers. They know some stoff, or they couldn't get anything to work. But an electro motor to rotate such a thing is tiny. You could fit a motor large enough to power a car into this thing. Yeah you have to put this thing on proper bearings etc. but it would fit easily.
But I think the custom design is already worth it. If you have something custom build it is expensive. People underestimate how much time that takes and how much you have to take for your time if you want to make a decent living from it.

I absolutely love the "one of a kind puzzles". I use to do a lot of puzzles when i was a kid (mid 30s now) but i do miss it. Watching you do the one of kinds is very exciting and keeps me guessing the next step with you. Please do more of these they are very fun to watch and try to figure out with you.
