    Peta - you Goddess from Adelaide. Changed my life- about 5 years ago my face looked like it had melted! (sudden bone shrinking). I'm 60 now and with retin and you have stripped years off. I went from looking over 60 to late 40's ish. I also take collagen and vitamin K2. That helps with calcium to bone (stops happening with age) so no more shrinking! Everyone says I look.amazing, and if i ever do get that facelift, because of the muscle structure underneath I will look very young and not pulled and weird. Thank you! love you Miss Peta!

    This area of the forehead has to be the hardest area for me to see change. I have been doing your face exercises for over 5 years and indeed have built muscle in my face. I had a large empty space where I had many teeth removed for a few years. I had braces and many surgeries, bone graphs using my bone, this took a long time to build bone. I literally had no bone for over an inch in my gums. Needless to say ....nothing there had me doing bizarre mouth movements and caused frustrating wrinkles. I was hoping after I got my teeth implants and the space now filled thay it might stop making my cheeks cave in when I would speak or chew. But the main thing that helped was your exercises. I am so thankful. Gonna keep on with these exercises....they work.

      Hi Tracy, I am so glad to hear that it was my exercises that helped you with this. Yes teeth play a big part of wrinkling on our faces. 💖

    Wow this is wonderful, I listened to you and found I was contacting the muscles on the band you showed on Dorian. I have wanted this, very very nice. Thank you. Some FYI, I recently have had lots of work after accident and break, the woman has made my face symmetrical and levelled my ears so glasses sit correctly. Part was something you might be interested in, she put her finger on the muscle between upper teeth and cheek at the sides, pushed up hard as I closed and bit down. Then progressed to the back molar and repeated the other side, then some poke on the upper palate, not much. My jaw had been closing in a zigzag motion, nothing to see here had said the professor, the T J expert.
    This was incredibly painful at first, I had had extreme pain around my TMJ, the jaw joint and pain up into my skull after a dentist cut 8 teeth shorter to punish me for looking better than his wife 25 years younger.this destroying my bite. The TMJ specialist said nothing wrong with the joint as I suffered great pain. However the country girltennis playing masseuse for 20 years turned proper chiropractor not doing Flying Seven, but about 45 minutes massage mostly deep pain, my front eath broke and pushed forward and more. The chiropractor turned caterpillar shaped toes into fingers etc, and fixed it my joint problem. As well as the point on top of my head. People can check by feeling should be level, flat. She pressed the join and massaged it and quite quickly I have a flat head at the top. Same been my ribs, sternum in the front, due to asthma was ridged. Have been massaging it and it is normalising.

    Hi this might be a dumb question but I'm not sure if I move the forehead muscle correctly... Is it the same movement as when you raise your eyebrow? I noticed that my eyes also open more everytime i try to move the forehead muscle, but you don't look like that... Thanks for any further explanation you might have :)

    • @facerobics
      @facerobics  Před rokem

      Hi Donna, I am sorry but you will always engage your neck because all of the muscles of the face are interconnected. However, if you just focus on the muscle you are exercising, it will minimise the focus on the neck muscles.
