    Try these tried and tested exercises with me to see the lift in the high and mid section of the cheeks. We will strengthen the following muscles of the cheeks - Zygomaticus Minor and Major, LEvator Labii superiors, and Risorius muscles.
    If you feel your cheeks have lost their definition, strength and tone, then these are exercises will help you fix that. It will tone and lift your cheeks especially the upper cheeks and cheekbones.
    And because it’s all about working on the face in a balanced way, we will also tone and lift the supporting muscles in the mid and low section of the cheeks.

    Polina your exercises are the best. There are so many videos out there but I trust you. You are a manifestation of how effective these exercises are. Your skin is lovely. Thank you for making these videos that will help us more mature women. Would these exercises help with droopy corners of the mouth? If not could you possibly make a video to lift the corners of the mouth?

These cheek exercises will help to lift the mouth corners up simply by working on the cheeks lift.     I actually feel my face pulling and tensing when I do your workouts. At first I felt a little nervous, because I never experienced my facial muscles burn and pulse like my body muscles. Thank you my dear.

      That's a really good sign 🌸as you say we're not used to this sensation but when we feel the pulsing and tensing in the muscles that's the way we know we're working them and getting some tone and lift back in the face 🌷thanks for your feedback 💆‍♀

    yes those are god exercices. This work needs concentration to do it proprely. I like the expresion "elastic band" it make me smiling because mi "bandes" are old, they need to be activated. Thank you Polina

      @@faithharmony I would start by choosing a daily all rounder, such as the Face firming for 50s ritual (there's also the one for your 40s) and then add other section to it, depending on your problem areas 🌸💆‍♀hope this helps!

      @@ElementalFaceYogawithPolina Ma'm I have one more question about the last exercise I want to know when to do the last exercise should I put my finger on the point just to show or should I press it? and at that time I will lift my finger up according to the point? ?

      In the last exercise we're lifting the whole cheek, the fingers are never pushing or lifting they are there just to give our cheek muscles a connection cue to lift in the directions described🌸@@rezwanamahboob2938

      ​@@ElementalFaceYogawithPolina Recently I've noticed another problem of my face, I saw a circle under my cheek on one side of my lip and a little drooping that can be seen in the mirror or when someone is standing close to me. Is it call saggy? Will it also be improved by lifting cheekbone exercises?

      Thank you for your sweet comments, much appreciate you watching the video 🌸💆‍♀ you can repeat each exercise up to 3 times daily. It 's really individual but usually takes 4-6 weeks to notice results, which will be subtle but should still be visible 🌸

    I don’t understand the first technique (at 5:00 mins). Are you able to control you cheek muscles intrinsically ? I can’t get any pulses

      Pulses should feel like tiny muscle contractions in the apples of the cheeks, so yes we're controlling and isolating the upper cheeks muscles. It takes a bit of practice to activate them, try connect to them in your mind and with practice you'll be able to feel the pulses 🌸

      Ok first of all, you are not here to teach me how to do my job. It is NOT about the count. It is about the QUALITY of your muscle engagement and positioning, not about the QUANTITY of how many times you’re doing it. Get your technique absolutely correct first, only then you can focus on the count.
