Thank you for your kind words I often travel the uk and Europe and always make a point of chatting to the homeless..many are bright talented folk who have been controlled by Alcohol. Society has largely given up on them

Still sober my friend. I had a bit of an urge today. So I drink 0% carlsberg and half way the drink my urge was gone didn't want to drink more... day 10 today. Bit have to say it's not so hard anymore now. I think about it alot yes. But the urge was only when I was at restaurant eating. So 0% and urge was gone. Only 1 time in 4 days I had urge. So doing pretty ok now. Thanks. I hope you are doing good to
@@Strawberrytabbyforpresident good news re zero beers that’s the way forward there is a good choice I’ve just posted a video about relapsing might be worth a watch … in my opinion relapsing is the killer .. all is well with me thanks for asking and “ keep Sober “
