As a GK player... I'm so worried for our Codex / balance after all this winning
Yep! GK are good but still have a high skill ceiling.
Yeah... I'm a new player in 40k, play gk and I'm 1-9 so far
@@dennismaliganis9896 that's rough but you're definitely the exception to the rule there
TBH the codex is probably already written. I would just be worried about general incompetency from the writers of the Ad-Mech and Custodes Codex.
This videos of yours are being a staple for me on Mondays, really love them!! I played against Grey Knights this weekend on a tournament, they really strong.
Glad you're enjoying!
The Tyranid List that won the 2k Bash run by indi was
Invasion Fleet
Tervigon-adaptive
Swarmlord
Flyrant-perfectly adapted
1x20 gargoyles
3x20hormagaunts
2x20 termagaunt
1 exocrine
2x11 neuro gaunt
2x3 zoanthrope
2x1 ripperswarms
1xlictor
I’m sorry. As a DA player the inclusion of Azrael and a Dark Shroud just does not feel like a DA army. Our codex is horrible. Slightly above Custodes. GW’s answer will likely be the nerfing of Azrael instead of fixing DA specific units.
Preach, brother
Used GK in a local RTT this weekend. They were a lot of fun.
The BA list is nuts, no tanks/shooty AT/las cannons nothing, just different S10 Powerfist delivery systems and a tanky ass VV/Sang priest block
World Eaters at CTC GT
😎
Thousand Son's. Tzeentch will's it 💀
Hey, So I was in the Andorra Tournament. We have something in Spain called the "Iberian circuit" where the top players that win or achieve high scores in several tournaments win a ticket to the Atlanta tournament. Andorra had two of these tickets for the two best players. The funny thing is that the final was played between two members of the same team, so they preferred to draw and to go both of them to Atlanta than to play and go with someone else.
Thanks for the clarification! I had a feeling that was the case but couldn't know for sure ;)
Hope it was a good event!
No mention of necrons not making any top spots in tournament play anymore after the gutting points increases they got while almost every other army got cheaper. Nice.
The dark angel player at the Alamo got a red card
This is why I enjoy Mondays
Potential dumb question. Are lists like the knights armiger ones listed allowed to ignore the usual rule of 3 thing?or did he just go to an event that didn’t have it?
Armigers are Battleline; so you're allowed up to 6 of each
'Ate demons
'Ate xenos
Luv me Grey Knights
Simple as
You missed votann that won bao
Good catch! Totally forgot to put it in my notes even tho I talked about the event xD
No Orks?
I live in the Rocky Mountains..Rocky Top isn’t part of them..lol. Good coverage though.
Everyone complaining that Necrons didn't get nerfed enough. and not one win. Just makes me laugh.
It's not a good sign for Tau when a quick run-through of the time stamps doesn't have them. I really don't see what can be done other than points cost reductions, which would make them the next Ad Mech. They are already more expensive to collect than hoards, with their 3-2 list from last week being more than Greentide list.
Tau came 3rd at the warcalls event with only 1 loss to grey knights, like 4pts difference aswell, very close
@sanguinius2122 how big was the event, and where was it held? I didn't see it on any of the websites I used to monitor tournament results.
Also, one tournament where a player gets a podium doesn't mean the faction is good, Ad Mech has been getting first place GT finishes, but the codex is really bad, and the list price is the most expensive in the game.
@@markhohenbrink5230 it was a worlds altlanta competition qualifier in western australia, 50+ players, 6 games.
Necrons no longer on top.
I don't play Warhammer. I just like the lore, mostly from YT. It's cool that GK are performing the way you would expect them to play based on the lore.
T'au are not doing as well as expected it seems.
Rhinos do not have firing deck
they do tho
@@TacticalTortoise I just double-checked the data sheet and wtf is does...... All this edition didn't know it had it.
@@mkulchar If you're looking specifically at an original printing hard copy of the Thousand Sons Rhino index datasheet it won't say it - they forgot to print the ability on it on release and it was errata'd in later. You can find the update in the Index Card Errata doc, and it's reflected in the current Index on WHC. All Rhinos have FD:2 universally - I think that was the only variation that was typo'd.
@@TacticalTortoise I did not know this. Thank you for the update
