    Unfinished houses? In Ghana you build as you go. You forgot to mention the beautiful mansions all over Ghana and they’re all paid for, no mortgages.

      @abakahcoffie Před 3 lety +8

      Regardless of that
      There still are uncompleted buildings

      Not always ... Some are even worse than that ... There are disputes on some lands that land guards and the police have to intervene
      If I didn't know better I would have described it as he did.
      Why do you want to give him a hard time for saying what he assumed was the case.

    • @abakahcoffie
      @abakahcoffie Před 3 lety

      I understand what you mean and I share your sentiments but he saw what he saw
      Who knows, he probably lived in a remote area during his stay so he didn't get to see the skyscrapers that we have and its perfectly fine .. He said in the end that he had fun and that's all that matters

    You already said the climatic condition is hot and humid, therefore you don’t need carpet. What you need in African buildings are things that absorb heat to cool down the house or room for you. That is why rubber carpet is used by mot people to cover floors. For those who can afford something higher, tiles, marbles, polished granite (basically tiles and stones) are the best
