I made my console with three MIDI-USB keyboards and midified pedal with MIDI interface and MIDI to USB converter cable. Works fabulousle with all devices connected to the PC via simple USB HUB

Interesting piece of hardware! Since the mircrocontroller has a USB port why didn't you send the MIDI data over that instead of the slower MIDI serial interface?
