Dr. Jessica Krant, MD, MPH, is a 100% plant-based board-certified dermatologist in NYC as well as being a certified transformational life coach. She is also certified in Lifestyle Medicine and loves teaching patients and the public about the connections between diet, sleep, stress, healthy relationships, skin health, and anti-aging.
Dr. Krant studied design and visual arts at Harvard College, where she graduated magna cum laude, and then went on to receive both her M.D. and Master’s Degree in Public Health from Columbia University. The great joy of her life and career right now is combining her love of aesthetics, investigative medicine, building and working with her hands, whole food plant based way-of-life education, and helping people really investigate their own minds and habits to break out of the ruts they create for themselves and transform into the joyful, goal achieving, vital creatures they are meant to be.

Hi Chef AJ & Dr G, Since my 14- year-old started her skincare regiment, I noticed her face has lost that babysoft look & feel. She has sensitive skin and tries to stick to products for her skin type, but her face has started to look rough &dark to me. What should the actual routine be at her age?
Please note Dr. Krant does not answer questions here. This is her contact information: artofdermatology.com
