If you have the room on your rig to keep the 4gpm, Keep it on there. Even better if it has wheels. Lately we have come across some crazy cleanings to where I went out and bought 2 - 4gpm wheeled units. We had about a 1/2 mile of a boardwalk to clean along the coast and running 500 feet of pressure hose was too much rolling out and rolling in. We got permission to run 2 garden hoses to the 4 gpm wheeled units and we were able to easily finish the job. 1st time in my career where I was over qualified for 1 of our jobs. The 10gpm and 8gpm and 5.5gpm pwashers on the flatbed were of no use to us. Lol. I took the 5.5 off and strap a 4gpm and have found ourselves using the 4gpm a lot lately. The 5.5 couldnt hook to water hose so thats why it came off.
@@ktpowerwashing that’s amazing. My 4 is in fact on a cart, so I might just keep it that way. Just strap it down real good to the trailer. Thanks for the input
We saw a big difference when we started redid our reels to 50ft of 1/2" and 200ft of 3/8". Any more 1/2" line is too heavy to pull around but the 1 section of 50ft was a nice upgrade to our rinse and surface cleaner. Im curious about the 10gpm downstream and how well that works. We dont downstream much, the gas pumps are the "go to" for Everything.
@@seattleprowash5464 We don't use spray triggers for anything. As soon as we stopped using them all of a sudden the carpal tunnel pains stopped. We Only use ball valve to control the spray. If we need extension we have 1/4 quick connects on lances and plug that into a 1/4 to 3/8 reducer or adapter depending on which way you go with it. This is how we bypass trigger guns completely.
Picked up what's probably way too big but I'll try it out, 2" ball and 1 1/2" check on the water with 1" on the bleach all Haywards. Figured I'd cock the water back to 3/4 to more closely resemble 1 1/2".
The shop toilet just up against the wall out in the open jail style😄..
That’s how we roll
Love it!! I’m running a 9 & 10 and 1/2” Hose, fast rinsing and the surface cleaners scream. Nice rig!
Thanks bro
8 is plenty. I have been thinking about going to 10 by changing my pumps out. Cat makes a 10GPM pump. I have the IGX800 Hondas.
I agree
How that’s been working for you can’t decide between carb or fuel injection
Awesome, dude! I want that same machine in black. Probably keep the 4GPM on the trailer as a back up or to soap

Does your injector soap line run right to your main chem tank or do you have a separate down streaming chem tank? I always wanted to know that. Thanks
I have a 60 gallon I remote soap out of a 100 gallon bleach tank for roof pump and a 50 storage so I don’t run out
I told my son, we need to double feed our 10's, we are not getting enough water.
I always double feed stuff
Where did u get that 2.5 injector???
North ga airless
@@matkinswashingandstuff208 thank u
Do you sell your old machines when you change the them out?
No I keep them for spares or parts
why switching out the 60 back to 45?
I feel like the mix is more accurate
