- Finally Done!! 👍The pressure washing trailer I getting a makeover. There was a lot of back and forth and moving things in and out and all around before we finally had it really close. It got late into the night so apologies for the low light scenes. Stay tuned for the final reveal!

That’s awesome, I’ve always been told that you couldn’t pull water from a tank when using a direct drive it had to be a belt driven pressure washer.
Plus your surface cleaner mount is ingenious, how you might want to lock it in place when you’re not standing next to it.

I just seen your video of your trailer, never seen it but my trailer is set up the same way, but I only have one different thing is I added a 5 gallon gas tank, I got tired of running out of gas, but good job,
Turned out really nice.
It really gave me some good ideas for my trailer. I do like how you use that ladder rack to hold a surface cleaner.

I have a question about the battery hookup.i noticed something. Do you have the (+) and black (-) cable running from the machine to the battery? Then you have a separate black wire attached to the aluminum frame to the battery for a better round? Or connect it to the trailer frame? Just want to make sure.

Awesome trailer! Do you ever have trouble with the 4 gpm pulling water from the tank? I was thinking of using two 4 gom pressure washers pulling from one tank. I love how you set everything up
My 4gm machine doesn’t pull water. It’s a direct drive so it requires water pressure/feed from the house. My 6gpm machine pulls water great from the water tank.

Could you put a 12v pump on the tank to pressurize the water going to the direct drive pressure washer pump? Is there any reason that wouldn't work?

No they rust by not rinsing your equipment. Salt/bleach does more damage than water
Any idea on price point?
My recommendation would be at 11:14 to put an actual ratchet strap to secure the surface cleaner. It’ll keep DOT off your back since a bungee cord is not an approved fastening device. Talking from frustrating experience
Hey man where did you get the ladder rack. Is that for a trailer or did you have to modify it
Harbor Freight. It's a truck rack and I did have to drill and mount differently than you would if you installed in a truck bed, I didn't use any of the mounting brackets that came with the rack and I had to buy some bolts, nuts and washers to make it work, but it was simple.
Can you show me where you bought everything and what everything you added new sub to the channel.
You need to strap that surface cleaner handle to the trailer...that thing could come off the hook, flip around and go through a windshield and kill someone.
When you are downstream do you dilute your SH tank?
No. It dilutes through the downstream injector
I’m just curious, why can’t you direct feed the predator? Is it the original pump on the predator or did you add a new one?
This is not a Predator pressure washer, it’s just a Predator 420 engine. The pump is a gear driven 5.5 gpm pump that I attached to the engine. Some people call it the budget build but the only thing budget is the engine everything else is pricey. Lol
Where did you find the Comet pump cheaper than the AAA? I have same machine and I did like you. I bragged in a video and then it gave me some problems. More than likely will replace this Summer.

And get rid of them vp fuel tanks get you 10 or 15 gallon stainless stell fuel tank I guess you gotta work your way up that’s how we started out little set up like that now we have 3 big trailers and and nothing but 3500 psi and 8 and 10 GPM MACHINES

How come you don't run fluid through the reels?
The reels will lay a very long time compared to when running chemicals through them. Just my preference

No bs, love all these videos but I run a pressure washing business w a 4gpm machine in the back of my truck, 250 ft of pressure hose... You guys don't need to look all fancy fancy to make money. I make 500-2000$ a week just doing residential homes. I don't have a buffer tank, i don't have a rig, or any of these unneccesary equipment. All you need is a J-Rod, 3.5-4gpm machine, and 200ft of pressure hose so you don't have to move your machine, and a surface cleaner. Thats it.
Yeah that's where I'm at this is nice too have maybe in the future when the overhead allows it.
That absolutely works for what you’re achieving. If you want to make 5-10k a week you couldn’t come close w that set up.
