Kawasaki’s Vaquero/Voyager line and Suzuki’s Boulevard (M and C versions) line show better why they belong above the likes of Harley and Indian. It’s the class-leading not-sport bikes that best demonstrate the greatness of the big 4.

Honda has pros and cons like every brand on the list, but the pros are vastly more numerous. Honda makes a good bike for as many riders as they can. Cruiser bro? Try a Shadow (Biased because I own one). Adventurer? They got the Africa Twin or the VFR. Something sporty? Look at any of the CB models. They’re also cheap in comparison to other bikes of the same type. I’d much rather pay 8 grand for a Shadow than the ungodly price of a new Harley.

It's still easy for me to get service when I need it, and Honda's network of dealerships and service centers is unmatched by anyone besides perhaps Harley. I live in a small town (28,000). I have less than a mile ride to my local dealership, and if I'm on the road in my sparsely-populated segment of the rural midwest, I'm still never further than 60 miles from a Honda dealer.
