"Instead of a Dark Lord, you would have a queen, not dark but beautiful and terrible as the dawn! Tempestuous as the sea, and stronger than the foundations of the earth! All shall love me and despair!"
Goosebumps every single time...
One of my favorite lines from one of my favorite characters! Thanks for watching!!
I remember being so confused the first time I saw Galadriel turn weird and spooky in front of Frodo. Good to finally know she was choosing good through self denial. It makes a lot more sense now
I’m glad!! Thanks for watching!
There is another deeper but more basic reason Galadriel rejects the One Ring and puts an end to her realm of Lothlorien. The existence of all the Rings of Power was in direct opposition to the will of Eru Iluvatar. It was not his will for the Elves to dwell forever in Middle-earth. The Elf Rings were created to allow just that. So matter what the Elves may have wished, in the end, as Galadriel herself realized, their choices were to 'diminish and go into the West' or "dwindle into a rustic folk of dell and cave, slowly to forget and slowly to be forgotten." As the Numenoreans were told, "The will of Eru cannot be gainsaid."
When she has the power that is beyond the heart. Subscribers in my hood and frodo save the world. Justice for my ppl
Another great video, how you haven't got more subscribers yet is beyond me!
makes so much sense now! thanks, this was very helpful 🥰
I’m glad! Thanks for watching!!
Great vid… again! Your channel will gain momentum soon
Great video as always keep it man
Well the families involvement in the similes had something to do with it
I thought the three rings were made without Sauron
They were yes! They were still chained to the fate of the One Ring though, as after all they were made with the knowledge taught by Sauron to the elves!
To add to his comment, they were made because Sauron taught them, because he intentionally wanted to control them, so he gave them evil in the guise of good knowledge. This applies to the real world. Always be careful what knowledge you choose to carry, because it may not come from a place of true goodness.
I thought Narya was the ring of water?
