Super doctor, lm 65 now and i have gone charcoal therapy two times since last part of October 2022 ,half of my biles muscle has gone in but remaining part till till now not gone fully inside ,i had two times bleeding, in between,now no more bleeding,but i get moderate pain what to do suggest pls

If any one have very tiny external piles what would be the treatment procedure? Whether it is the only way going for surgery or normal medications?

Felt to add people are confused about what the problem is. Normally if blood is seen people say bawaseer. where sometimes hard stool damage inside and the flesh. Dr Vishal explained so very much in detail. My son at the age 3y had a hard stool problem and had a fissure, when constipation got settled then no issues. Dr. Vishal Stay blessed
