Having electrical issues with a volvo v50. With the same tool as you I see CEM and CEM-low. Under CEM it can't read the codes. Do you happen to know what the two CEM options mean?

I have seven codes to show up on my CEM: 9C03, DF14, 1A5E, 1A5F, 1A61, 1A62, and 1A64 . I've taken to vehicle to a couple places and have received different answers. The majority of the problematic codes is not communicating with SAS, BCM, TCM, ECM, and AOC. Would replacing the CEM be the best option?

Surely a faulty CEM will give false component/module failure codes. Without inspecting the CEM for signs of corrosion or cleaning required, how can you tell what is actually at fault.
