- Inspired by the famous French puff pastry bread, I made it in a simple way without a dough flattening machine. Simple "Pain Au Chocolat", (this dough can be shaped croissant) "
250 grams of wheat flour
50 grams of butter/margarine
110 grams of ice / cold water
30-35 grams of sugar
4-5 gr salt
4-5 grams of instant yeast
125 gram special butter for lamination danish pastry/puff pastry (room temperature).
Lots of chocolate chips - Jak na to + styl

Lool, I'm absolutely stunned by this technique and the final result... All they were telling us about the crucial importance of temperature control and that you need to keep the butter and dough constantly cooled at 10-13 C, was it wrong?! How come you didn't cooled it even once during lamination and even used soft butter and everything come so perfect ?!
