Thanks for the great video. These drills will definitely help me with my explosion on ice! I also made the team from my tryout from your great videos. Keep up the amazing work!

What year are you
Good job :)
Nice! Now I want to go do this workout outside. Any dudes in NYC want to meet up and do this?
Hey guys, just wanna say that I truly appreciate all this amazing info u give FOR FREE on here. Ive been watching you since 2017 and ive definitely become a better hockey player because of it. Cheers!
We love hearing that and that's why we continue to do it!
Hey whats up man...what are your favorite dry land training shoes?
Could you guys add some cool down videos on hockey training tv?
Good idea, we will try to get one done soon!
I start on the ice 4 times a week today and start games with a showcase in about a month what phase of the offseason should i be in?
If you're on my style of programming, this is where you would be entering Phase 5.
Midget AAA tryout tomorow. Do you have any tip knowing it’s my first time in a AAA tryout ever
Don’t think about what the coaches or anyone else thinks. Know what your edge is and take advantage of it when you can. Focus on your own game and you’ll do well. Good luck 👍
Be confident and give it 100% for every drill/shift. Get a good sleep tonight (8+ hours) and don't overthink it - you got this!
Did you make it
How many times should we do this a week? Everyday?
hello, just one question, how many times per week does it do it? thank's a lot
These are just exercises and not a full workout. But generally, an agility workout would be once per week in the off-season (and some of the speed and conditioning workouts would use these drills or similar drills as well). Hope that helps
How many reps and sets of each?
Was wondering how many sets per drill? For 11 year olds thx
Would I be able to see results in 2 months?
Yup, check out our 30-Day Breakaway Speed System - www.hockeytraining.com/faster-skater-30-days/
I noticed hockey players legs aren't huge like speed skating? This is that?
