    In this video, I show you 10 hockey-specific agility drills that will improve your high-velocity direction change and take your all-around skating ability to the next level.
    As hockey players, we need to have a complete approach that includes Lateral Power, Vertical Power, Horizontal Power, Ankle Stability, and Neural Performance.
    I’ve included drills from each of these five pillars to ensure you are leaving no stone unturned when it comes to the effectiveness of your dryland training. Here's a list of each category and the exercises associated with each:

    I start on the ice 4 times a week today and start games with a showcase in about a month what phase of the offseason should i be in?

      Don’t think about what the coaches or anyone else thinks. Know what your edge is and take advantage of it when you can. Focus on your own game and you’ll do well. Good luck 👍

      These are just exercises and not a full workout. But generally, an agility workout would be once per week in the off-season (and some of the speed and conditioning workouts would use these drills or similar drills as well). Hope that helps
