1. If the AirCross 2 is not holding the horizon after reset.
2. If the AirCross 2 is drifting along three axes.
3. If the AirCross 2 is not used for a long time.
4. If the AirCross 2 is in an environment with large temperature differences.

Гадсоны забыли снять про то что перед калибровкой необходимо перевести стабилизатор в sleep mode, когда моторы не работают.

Any chance for an indication of mode in a dial/screen in the future firmware upgrade? Letters, LQF, clicks are too much to remember during the shoot. Simple mode selection would do it.
My pan axis don't get locked even after I set it on L , roll axis and tilt axis gets locked but pan axis always sways left right even i set it on L

Hello, I am attaching Sony FE 2.8 24-70 GM lens to Sony A7R3. When I connect Moza Aircross 2 gimbal A7R3 and 24-70 lens, images flicker while shooting or watching after shooting. I couldn't understand why. I would be grateful if you could help.
Hello, is moza aircross 2 capable enough to handle the bmpcc 6k with sigma 18-35 f/1.8. I'll use it without any cage. Grand total weight of camera (bmpcc 6k) + lens(sigma 18-35, f/1.8) + cf card + rode wireless go mic. So total weight of setup which i need to put on the aircross 2 wud not be more than 2kg. Thanks

My Canon R5 with RF 24-105mm lens seems to be too heavy even though both weight less than 3lbs, goes to sleep mode and starts jittering all the time. Does the Aircross 2 work for the Canon R5?
You can attach your camera on the gimbal, but unable to realize the functions in the compatibility list, such as shooting, recording, electronic focus, follow focus, etc.

You can attach the camera on it, but cannot control it via app.
Hello. Is Moza Aircross 2 compatible with Olympus Omd Cameras? I'm asking because these cameras are not on the official list of the compatible cameras. Thanks in advance.
If the camera is not in the official list, you can attach your camera on the gimbal to use certain functions (only the weight is within the payload), but you can not control the camera through the app to realize all the functions the gimbal has.

My aircross 2 goes into sleep mode while doing inception mode. I use a 6D with a Sigma 8-16mm. Why is this happening?

why when i gimbal sleep ? how u do that?
Please make sure it is well balanced and all the motor lock is unlocked.
Gudsen MOZA I did all the balancing, and I never used auto tune to do balancing, because I do not comfortable to use auto tune.
when I do calibrated, its turn to a sleep mood. I do while All my axes have been unlocked.
I want to ask, is it must do calibrate for the new user gimbal?
