"turn on subtitles"
there's no subtitle option for me?? anyone else have this problem ??
Great vid tho!
Same here, I was wondering if it was just me experiencing that...
yea same
Yes! Also no subtitles!
No subtitle indeed :(
She needed to translate the Japanese to English. Or find a translator who would do that for her channel.
I think she didn't know that and thought the it auto generate for her. (I didn't see that option either, all I saw English.)
Loving these videos!!
Amazing video!! thanks
Very beautiful place !!so cute
Nagahama looks like my home town ... In Canada! Just the mountains and the farmlands. It makes me miss it so badly. So I feel you!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your travel videos!! You have the sweetest and genuiness personality. After watching countless vids I am sorry it took me so long to finally subscribe!
I love the new video game motifs you've added!!!! So cute and perfect for your nerdy character!
Amazing
Great videos lately, your production value has really increased with every video you've released. Definitely can see the hard work your putting in, great job!
HEY everyone! I linked the application for the Tonda Puppet exchange program in the description! Sign up for this coming summer!
I’m going to move to Shiga for starting my job in around two weeks. I’ve never been there, so I found it nice to visit Nagahama for sightseeing!
Thank you for sharing your experience^^
楽しさがとても伝わりました。
素晴らしい動画をありがとうございます😊
You’re welcome! 💕
Very interesting and nostalgic for me as well :) ! Xx
Awesome.. Video💙
Very beautiful lifetime experience for anyone..You shot and edited your video with ample time to make the whole experience be very vibrant and heart warming!! Thanks for your hard work..All Cheers!! ☺️✌️👌
These are great examples of really unique things to do in Japan!
Beautiful vlog, beautiful vlogger and a very beautiful place ❤
This program sounds like an incredible opportunity! Really opens your eyes to a completely different way of life and tradition ❤️ love this so much 😍
I'm moving to Japan to study for international relations. Can't wait to move there...
Joe Dirt Did you go through the Jet program? I’m in IR with the same goal - would love to know where you’re going and what you’re planning to do with the degree there!
Wow how did you do that! Can you speak Japanese?
In what university do you go?
I ask because i want to study international relations too, after finish my underdegree studies.
Cool vídeo !!!
Thanks!
Really enjoyed this game style segway feature. LVL UP!
Also, puppets scare me.
Awesome Japanese experience. Super cute and full of culture. 😊 it was so funny how you fished a tinny one. The name of that fish in my country is Camiguana and we fish them with nets. You can get a lot a the same time :)
Oh really? I didn’t know the name of it haha
Another great video. Loving the editing, music is just perfect and you did a great job with the old game style menus and soundfx. The only thing that would make it better would be a Pokemon style map of Japan and you as a the little character visiting the places. xD
I’d love that! I need a designer 😆
@@KellyMorita ahah yeh, if I had any experience on that I would totally do it. I know there are tools to make custom maps just like the pokemon ones but I imagine make one of the entire Japan, even if only with minor detail, is probably quite the undertaking, I don't know xD
I was moved to see you crying🥺
I live in Mie Prefecture next to Shiga!
There are many nice places to visit
in Mie, too. Have you already been to Ise Jingu? It's the most famous shrine in Japan. I highly recommend it!💕
Kelly-this series is awesome! You are truly showing the magic that Japan has to offer, and I hope to visit Japan someday! Thank you for sharing this beautiful country with those who can’t experience it themselves. ♥️
Omg! This is amazing! Love this traditional japanese places! the creepy dolls are amazing haha And totally in love with that hotel 😍😍
I always get put in a good mood when I watch your videos. Thanks for sharing.
I’m so happy to hear!
I now CB want to come to Japan to visit
Absolutely loving this series! You seem so creatively inspired! Keep it up!
I loved the temple in this one. I feel like my eyesight is slowly getting worse, so I may need to visit there...
Haha I’m basically blind
The Shinto I love the most ,the frogs and the religious beliefs is awesome .神社で目の病気も治るんですよ.😇😇
I had no idea something like this existed. Your videos are incredibly informative and enjoyable. Thanks for posting!
I’m glad you liked it!
I’m glad you liked it!
I’m glad you liked it!
@@KellyMorita I loved it! Totally added to my travel list now. It looks incredible. I'm loving you travel videos and your retro game theme is so fun. Thanks for all the hard work you do to create this content to share with us all!
The puppets were fantastic and look incredible. I’m enjoying your adventures and the views were gorgeous x
Omg my eyes started tearing up like a minute before you got emotional cause I could feel the magic 😊 thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Thank you for sharing your video and experiences. You are very lovely.
Thank you!
Hey Kelly. Went to go turn on captions, and nada.
What a wonderful experience, thanks so much for taking us with you 💖
Hahaha; I had to laugh when you were at that restaurant saying it's not suitable for vegetarians and vegans, since I was the one asking about vegetarian options in a previous video😂. But I did love watching this video! Those dolls, the beautiful scenery and the snow were so beautiful to watch. I was amazed how fluid they could make the movements of those dolls. Truly amazing.
Haha ya I’m clearly not the best at knowing where vegetarians can eat 😆
@@KellyMorita That's okay😂. I wouldn't know either, that's why I asked😅. But vegetarian or not; Japanese food looks really amazing. I guess if I'll ever go to Japan, I'll try those sticky fermented soy beans haha.
wow this was amazing!!! I can tell you worked very hard on the video and you seemed to enjoy your travel very much. thanks for showing us a taste of Japan!💝
You’re welcome!
What a great vlog! Those puppets were so beautiful!
I'd definitely enjoy the Saki tasting! 😁💖💖
You have my kudos for consuming natto. Tbh even some natives don't eat them especially those who live in western part of Japan.
That food looks amazing, have a great week weekend.😃
You too!
In Okinawa there was this place that did everything pineapple; pineapple wine, pineapple sake. They would do tours and you get on this little train and at each spot was another drink to try. By the end you were feeling quite right.
Oh I wanna do that!
I love the music you use in your videos 😍
That was an awesome little adventure 🤗 thanks for sharing.
very beautiful country and culture it a place i love to see in person thank you kelly
Every time I see you wearing that sweater I imagine it being so comfy and I want it 🤣 thank you for your videos!!
Haha I got it at H&M!
Fascinating! There's so many reason why Japan is such an interesting culture, and just as many reason to love you and your channel. All the very best! 🙂💕🎎⛩
What a beautiful place :) you make me miss japan... i came back home from a holiday there last week and now i have post holiday blues😭
Love this video! So interesting and the puppets are beautifully dressed.
Thanks for watching! 💕
Thanks for sharing your great experience!
You’re welcome 😊
Well played! Looking forward for the next level 😊
So excited! Two more upcoming trips!
Hello all the way from San Antonio, TX! Your videos bring me so much joy! I miss Japan so much and watching your videos takes me back to one of the best times of my life. You are so inspiring. I would love to follow in your steps and move to Japan to teach. Thank you for another amazing video! Love ya 😻
My viewers inspire me 😊
I started watching your videos because next Friday I go for a holiday to Japan but I got much more inspirations that I supposed! :) Absolutely love your channel :) You are so smart and positive! Thank you for so many useful tips
You’re welcome! I’m glad you enjoyed!
Omg girl what lipstick did you use at the part where you were gettin ready? I love that shade of pink! 💖💖💖
Hey I see university of Washington school flag!! Cool!! I’m leaving for japan today actually.
This is so cool and beautiful :D thanks for sharing a little bit of Japan culture 🤗
You’re welcome!
I love natto and umeboshi... Strong flavours but so unique!
Natto lovers unite!
Love your videos, you are one of the first that I subscribed to. 200 year old puppets and they still use them, I would be afraid to touch.
It was beautiful!
Yeeees! Great job - the old-school feel of the inn, the puppets & traditional instruments, and the temple, even the fishing side quest made me feel like finally a CZcamsr in Japan is getting back to making videos about Japan and its culture! Vlogs are taking over!! (I like your vlogs too tho - so maybe it's just your style that I'm a fan of?)
Aww I’m glad you loved it!
Great video Kelly,,,looking to the next one
Thanks!
Oh wow thank you so much for this tour with you so enjoyed it have a lovely week ( Judy )
Thanks for watching!
I love the game sounds you started using! Reminds me of monster hunter 😍. And of course your videos are always great as well.
Very well done ! I really enjoyed this vlog !!
Thank you!
I totally get that natto perspective.
I hated natto the first time I saw it. The texture and smell was completely different to anything I was used to before. Nowadays it’s part of my weekly diet.
The snow makes each destination look so beautiful, the temple especially. I really want to visit! Thank you for all the links as I will definitely look into it!
I only got 12 minutes through. I will save my progress and finish after work :)
Thank you! I’m glad you’re liking the video! ❤️
LoveLyzKelly wow I appreciate that you took the time to reply to my comment!!
I will sneak in some time later to look at some of your other videos. I like the style of them a lot :)
LoveLyzKelly btw which location do you think was your favourite to visit and in Japan during any trip?
I love your lipstick :) ...The puppets were amazing.....interesting places...good job
Thank you for watching 😊
The scenery, food, sake, puppets, and the people all made for a mystical experience. Couldn't have been better. I would love to see you visit Joestu in Niigata Prefecture 💖
I want to see everything!
Jouetsu is very good and very snowy.
Nice video! Yeah, I tried a sake before at restaurant here in California. But I am unsure if its the same as it is in Japan though? Really enjoying and loving your adventures! Keep up with the good content.
I’ve seen the pop up ice melting thingys in New Jersey. Except it was more of a spray.
Love love love! I found myself smiling throughout the whole video! :) I look forward to more of these types of videos.
(The automated subtitles are a bit off. But it brought much laughter. lol)
passionate and cheerful as usual :") keep going, good luck
Thank you!
I have never been to Nagahama and will put it on my list places I want to go in Japan, thank you.
2:35 What does the natto tastes like? Sweet? Creamy? In our country, we have Durian, which many foreigners also don't like because of its strong (bad) smell but I love it! So I wondered if maybe I can also appreciate natto. hahahahaha
The sake tasting looked really fun.
This all looks amazing Kelly! The dolls in the back though were very creepy & freaked me.
All that food looked soooo yummy though!
Haha ya they are a bit creepy
What a beautiful place. I can't wait to visit soon! :D
Yes you should! 💕
@@KellyMorita The problem would be, that I would never want to leave! LOL
Your videos are getting better and better. Very bright future ahead
Lovely video! Especially loved how happy you looked the whole time experiencing new things and made me nostalgic (natsukashiiii!) for my own experiences in Japan. If you ever have the chance to visit Hirado in Nagasaki prefecture; it’s an amazing town and the first place the Dutch had a settlement (even before Deshima). Also, since it’s almost Sakura season, try to see the Sakura blooming in Hirosaki, Aomori prefecture; it’s soooooo beautiful; it’s just underneath Hokkaido, so they bloom late there, usually around the beginning of May. I am having my second child in August, but I can’t wait for my children to be big enough and take them to visit Japan! I am always a little homesick for it... Your video’s help with that; thank you so much!
Yup I used to live in Hirosaki :)
LoveLyzKelly I didn’t know that; so cool! 😄
lol now that’s what I’m taking about!!! A girls way into a guys heart is when she can go fishing 🎣 and catch you dinner.....🤣 🍱 🍲
Awesome job can’t wait for next trip!!!!
I'm sure you've covered this in a Q&A, but are you a fan of video games? You seem to reference them a lot in your openings :-)
Yes I am!
Yes! Girl gamers unite!
The 8-bit game editing makes the video absolutely complete. Also controlling the puppets with 3 people seems almost impossible with how much you need to do and how synchronized you need to be.
Edited some of the more egregious English auto-sub errors from the last half of the video.
I encourage others to use the link above to contribute more. As of yet there are no translations into English from Japanese.
Awesome video! Hope I don't see that doll at night 😂
I really enjoyed your Nagahama Videos, thank you!The puppets were so scary, I couldn‘t touch or be so close to them haha 😱
I really enjoyed the video but the subtitles on this video are all wrong. Whenever the subtitles are auto generated they are always off and in this case it was extremely off ( the n word even popped up ) so you may wanna fix it.
I saw that too!
I never watch videos with auto generated subtitles. When you upload it is automatic XD Sorry.
長浜は雪だったんだね。東京は車ではクーラーかけてたよ
The dolls are cool!
Ya that was my favorite part!
life size dolls creep me out. no ty lol....those unchanging facial expressions....imma have nightmares. That snow melting thing on the road was so cool lol. When i was in sapporo, even though it was snowing like crazy, the sidewalks were without snow....and i noticed in the morning that there would be steam coming off the floor....so i concluded that maybe there is something heating those sidewalks underneath so people can walk without slipping.
So smart!
Shiga looks so beautiful! I would like to visit with you!
Hi, babe! 💕
Those fermented beans do look nasty bet i bet they're so good for u. I'd probably like it. Fux!!!!!! I need some right now
There are no subtitles.
how is one supposed to turn them on if there aren't any :P?
Subtitules are not available for this video
I live in buffalo ny do they do it here
Hi Kelly! Love your eye for everything Japan! I, too, am very intrigued by the culture and country. Would love to travel there soon but the language barrier keeps me from pursuing anything more than CZcams videos (I follow you and another half dozen other vloggers from Japan). Any advice for someone traveling alone to Japan for a week and any area you might pick to experience for the first timer? Btw... your cinematography is probably one of the best I've seen. Pat yourself on the back!
Thank you! I would suggest experiencing Kyoto and Tokyo for the first time!
Hey, maybe it's time to start a playlist, and link to the beginning of your playlist at the end of these videos. Lots of people are going to end up hopping in. Especially as the series goes on. So could be beneficial to give people a place to jump to so they can watch the girl abroad videos in order. And maybe a separate playlist for "Press start". You don't have the name the playlists anything that's on the current titles or thumbnails. Just pick something that best describes what playlist they're starting.
Those puppets were so cool!
I'm freaking terrified of puppets omg.. It was still interesting, but I had to have my fiance tell me when the puppet part was over!😅
Hahaha oh no!!
I would like to at least visit Japan maybe move there but I don’t know how much I need to save up if I’m coming from San Jose California if anyone knows please tell me thanks but I think the only problem I would have there if I moved there is on how small the room is for a apartment
Those Japanese dolls, seriously scare the fuck out of me!
😆
I've never caught a single fish my entire life...lol You're good at fishing.haha
It would be great and give you something extra to eat tempura made of your own fish, wouldn't it?
HI KELLY I PROMISE YOUR CZcams MOVEI ALL PUSH ON
