I pay about 700 including utilities for this apartment because it's an older place and a UR apartment (government owned) These are all over Japan.
No, Japan doesn't usually use actual ovens like in the states.
It takes about 10 minutes by bike to get to the station and there is also a bus.
No, I am not 18, I am 25 years old with a career in education. :)
