    Great video! I think though that Scarlett Johansson's workout is actually a full body circuit - meaning that you perform all of the exercises back to back as one circuit, and then do it a few more times, rather than one after the other!

      NATYNUTkoolio you can still make it a circuit workout... she just showed you everything you need to perform to achieve the workout.

    So, I'm broke and don't own any weights. But what I do own, as someone that likes to read, is an a** tonne of books, so instead of weights I'll just use heavy book

    Lo bueno de ser joven xq cuando uno ya llega a los 50 y 60 años ya es propenso a cualquier lesion al igual que uno ya no dispone mas de cardio

    How many front kick reps and sets did you do?
    And how many did you do on the “Super set/Alternating chess press/Tricep extention”? 😅
    Can this routine be done on a daily basis or is it a “work one day, rest one day” routine?

      I know it's a little late but when you click on the link in the description box to the workout there is the whole week workout. And there is no Rest day but when you're a beginner you should so at Least one Rest day and do the workout like this:
      Monday - Monday workout
      Tuesday - rest day
      Wednesday- Tuesday workout
      Thursday - rest day
      Friday - wednesday workout
      Saturday - rest day
      Sunday - Thursday
      ......
      You hab so it like this nur you don't have to

      Hum maybe she just wants to be a even better version of herself? Not necessarily for the looks, but what is weird about wanting to improve looks or just get stronger? Or both.
