Great video! I think though that Scarlett Johansson's workout is actually a full body circuit - meaning that you perform all of the exercises back to back as one circuit, and then do it a few more times, rather than one after the other!

So, I'm broke and don't own any weights. But what I do own, as someone that likes to read, is an a** tonne of books, so instead of weights I'll just use heavy book

I know it's a little late but when you click on the link in the description box to the workout there is the whole week workout. And there is no Rest day but when you're a beginner you should so at Least one Rest day and do the workout like this:
Monday - Monday workout
Tuesday - rest day
Wednesday- Tuesday workout
Thursday - rest day
Friday - wednesday workout
Saturday - rest day
Sunday - Thursday
......
