this is probably a more modified version of the workouts, there’s no way these people did the exact same workouts as the Avengers

Is Mayonnaise an Instrument Since they've jobs outside of getting ready for a film, I'm going to have to agree with you there! If nothing else, they may have done the same exercises but not for as long (not just the length of time spent eating and exercising this way, but also the the sets and reps of the sessions themselves).

This is how you know Avengers are BADASS! It's amazing how the actors put EVERYTHING into their characters to make the story REAL talk about a new meaning, to "blood, sweat and tears" this is why I love Marvel always have, always will. hopefully i don't get crucified for this but I couldn't really tell the difference between the before and after photos. regardless, good job to your hard work and dedication!
Same. It takes way longer than a month to dramatically change your physique because muscle building takes a lot of time. If anything, they built a foundation in strength and a solid gym routine. I would be more interested in seeing what would happen if they continued this for 12 weeks or more.
It was slight, but if they want bigger changes they have to keep up the work.

I like how realistic this training challenge is. Usually they over estimate the results, or put them in such a strict setting that it’s almost orthorexic, but these are reasonable results for 30 days. Good job buzzfeed.
