The Push Press features in a lot of my videos - because (as I mention in the video) it ticks a lot of boxes. It’s a VERTICAL pushing pattern of course, not horizontal. But I’m sure you figured that out/ spotted that.

Of course, the push press is a great vertical pressing option (not horizontal, obviously).
Definitely should be a staple in your programme year round unless you’re lacking the ROM in the shoulder joint.
Please do one for arms , chest , back , and legs i cant wait for more videos like this am soo interested🦾
