We're showing off the best of Mexican food in Las Vegas!
You can't deny Mexican cuisine is one of the favorites in the United States and throughout the world as well. Just a select few items such as tortillas, beans, meat, cheese and vegetables can be transformed into so many dishes and all are highlighted in such a unique way. Since Cinco de Mayo is coming up, I thought this was the perfect video. It's not exactly a Food Network show, yet lol, but we're going to talk about making chicken enchiladas, chile rellenos, quesabirria tacos, fish tacos, empanadas, and some yummy drinks made fresh. We're going to explore these Mexican dishes at Border Grill and Letty's. One is on the Las Vegas Strip, the other is in the Arts District by Downtown. Hope you enjoy!

We have a similar dish in Bulgaria with breaded peppers. It consists of stuffed with feta cheese and sometimes garlic peppers, then breaded in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs and fried. It is usually served with ayran (yogurt+water drink) and sided with cucumber and tomato salad.
