@Henry Walshyeah that just isn't true. Dota has the best eSports scene. Nothing touches the level of each Major tournament and the prestige of the International of any eSports scene. If you try paying attention to the Dota eSports scene, you'll know you're always building up for something magical when it comes to the international.

The reason CSGO esports is thriving right now is because of third party events. Valve events haven't happened in a while both in Dota and CS.
And you just need to look at the Csgo and Dota eSports scenes in NA to realize valve has very obviously ignored their esports.

@@SchnuuTFT I disagree, csgo aiming is all about precision, reaction time, and learning and adapting to various recoil patterns and seeing as how Valorant's gun system was adapted from CSGO he definitely got his aim from CSGO. Overwatch is less aim based and more based on cooldown management, team play and positioning. And to say Overwatch is more intense than CSGO is very wrong, both games are equally as competative and pressuring (and toxic too but that's beside the point XD)

The big names are on twitch because thats where the people are, so its hard to shift something thats pretty much set in stone. Same with how youtube is basically the only place to watch videos because thats where you can find an audience.

Just thinking about Dafran who could have been on top of Overwatch and Valorant. But now he farming boys
dude he dominated valorant during the beta, im glad hes back to a little bit of overwatch here and there though... but no valorant yet :(
At his peak, Dafran was quite possibly the best Overwatch of all time. Sad we didn't get to see more of him in OWL and Valorant, but hey he's a happy pro farmer now. I'm sure it's much better for his mental health, so that's good for him :)
