This time, I tackle one of my very own models from my collection for the first time. I dug this one up remembering that years ago I had pestered my dad to help me fix this little Corgi Ford Sierra, or at least fix it for me! We never did try, so now is my opportunity. It was a non-roller, so it was never one of my favourite play things. It also had doors that didn't sit correctly and drooped down. Despite this, I still loved the mundane day-to-day family saloon of the 80s and 90s. My aim was to fix these issues and revive the car to a decent standard, as I had wanted to all those years ago.
Hopefully this series will track my progress and aid me becoming a better modeller. There are plenty more videos to come and I have a big selection to choose from for future restorations. Please like and subscribe to be informed of new content first.

Very nice resto
Very good job ! Thank you !
Nice work, it really turned out great!
Brilliant job on the Sierra Jason, it looks mint now! I can't believe how nice those wheels came up after a wash and a repaint, every one of the Corgi Juniors I had as a kid had the wheels totally trashed lol, maybe not being a roller saved them.
Nice resto!!!
Good restoring and well done for this awesome old diecast I had one still keeping it since a long time

That turned out really nice! It looks so much nicer now and I was surprised how well the windshield cleaned up too. Thanks for sharing this.
That turned out great, a bit of blue on the badges would've really added something nice.
The Matchbox Ford Sierra has been a favourite of ours since buying one new as a li'l whelk. Still have it - and in fairly good nick...
Lindo ❤️

Check out Wheeler dealers on facebook they just completed the Merkur version and sold it to a man in the UK. Nice work on this model.
Yeah funnily enough I watched that episode just an hour or so before posting this video!
That is just about the least "sexy" casting on the planet . . . you did a nice job on it!
Haha agreed!
its just the way that youve gotten it some thirty(?) years ago
Nice little car. Good job. How long ago did you do this video?
Finished up around 2 weeks ago maybe? I’ve been having to do them a bit in advance lately due to other things going on!
Hi, great job, one question, what kind of astonish? there are many different types of them
Thanks! Astonish wood floor polish is the type I use - it’s a white looking solution rather than clear
Nice job
