It’s the team-up crossover episode you never knew you wanted. Or maybe you didn’t want it at all. Anyway, you’re getting it. Screen Junkies and Epic Voice Guy team up with Ryan George and Screenwriter Guy and Producer guy to make a crazy collaboration of two of the most popular “let’s make fun of movies but in kind of a loving way” channels on CZcams.
Did we just create a cinematic universe? Maybe. Who's to say?

Making an honest trailer of pitch meetings is super easy, barely an inconvenience
And it’s tight!
yo
OH, REALLY!?!
Making fun of trump is super easy but ignoring Biden and Justin Trudeau is quite convenient🤔
When is this gonna happen!
I thought this was going to be a pitch meeting of honest trailers. But getting an honest trailers of pitch meetings is equally TIGHT.
Why shouldn't we have both?!
That'll be the 400th episode special.
We need a reverse Uno for this now...
Right now. Put it in my eyeholes!
same here
Subverted expectations are tight.
The 30 second montage of every single catchphrase back-to-back was something I never knew I needed and I love it
wow wow wow
wow
It's not actually a montage, he recorded them all just for this video.
The way he always says “I don’t knoooow” just TICKLES me for some reason 😂😂😂
Yeah yeah yeah!
I'm gonna need you to get alllll the way off of Spooderman's back about that.
Now I want to see Ryan do a pitch meeting of honest trailer 😂
oh yesh
Maybe they'll do that for the 400th episode
I thought it was going to be this video actually :D It's an honest trailer about the Pitch meeting series, it should be on its own channel :D we need a Pitch Meeting about Honest Trailers here :D
seriously disappointing that didn't happen
Agreed, with Jon Bailey (Honest Trailers Epic Voice) doing the pitch to Producer Guy
This is without a doubt the Greatest crossover in you tube history.
Who knew a 30 seconds montage of Pitch Meeting catchphrases could be well edited together and still sound like a single cohesive conversation.
I love how they made saying "super easy, barely an inconvenience" into something super hard, totally an inconvenience. Lmao.
"Ha ha ha, he said the thing"
@Thank me later 🅥 I hate you
Dat noice!
Genius.
....and more than mildly coerced 😅🤣🤣
"Strap in as a comedian slowly loses his mind as what started as two pretty grounded characters slowly morph into two permasmile psychopaths over the course of five years."
To be fair, that's a pretty accurate reflection of what happened to storytelling in movies over the same time period.
“Slowly”…
The guy : I have a sequel for you !
The other guy : Oh yeah ? Can we sell little figurine of the character.
The guy : Easy, barely an incovenience
The other guy : Go ahead you got my attention.
The guy : Do you remember the movie we made forever ago but it was actually good ?
The other guy : You bet ! A Classic
The guy : Well we do the exact same movie, except there is less intrigue and it's a black woman !
The other guy : Wow wow wow ... wow !!
Let's leave this one at 666 likes? It seems appropriate for a comment about two permasmile psychopaths.
Now i want to go watch the first videos
Honest Trailers & Pitch Meeting are the big two, and they often manage to make different points & jokes about the same movie too, so both always well worth watching.
The handwritten request for the Pitch Meeting Honest Trailer will forever be the most hilarious thing!! Bob Realman. That couldn't possible be a made up name. It's as real as Producer Guy and Screenwriter Guy.
*Congratulations on 300 Pitch Meetings, Ryan!!! We hope you aren't sick of it because we love you and are ready for 300 more! **#RGCU*
The crossover no one expected but the one we all needed
Actually they've crossed over before
Ryan is such a treasure. Like poutine.
A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.
Making an honest trailer of pitch meeting is tight!
Super easy. Barely an inconvenience. lol classic
Doing a movie review about a movie reviewer is tight!
I'm looking for reviews of this movie review of a movie reviewer.
Actually, while in sense Ryan is reviewing the movie, in his show he's actually pitching a new movie. Freaky!
now we just need a reaction movie of the review of the reviewer
He's not a reviewer but an actual movie producer and screen writer.
He said the thing ☺️
well its easy, barely an inconvenience
Ryan George and Ryan George are such a great team! They work together so well. It's super easy, barely an inconvenience! Thank you for 300 pitch meetings! Let's go for 1000!! Wow wow wow..
WOW!
Don't you mean Screenwriter Guy and Producer Guy?
Ryan carries this show.
@@Jnd4220Screenwriter guy is played by Ryan George and Producer Guy is played by Ryan George. Two of the greatest comedians to grace CZcams
"I've got 99 problems, but a pitch ain't one" Great final hit. I'm laughing hysterically at this.
The bit about 2 relatively grounded characters turning into permanently smiling psychopaths over 5 years was brilliant 👏
Right? It's gotten so I can pretty much tell what year the Pitch Meeting came out from how he says "So you have a movie for me?"
@@Steelburgh interesting
@@Steelburgh reverse character development!
Yep, I much prefer the current "Cartoonish" version lol
@@toptenguy1 He flanderized himself! (tv trope where the writers slowly exaggerate a character so much that by the end the character’s become satire of themselves). I didn’t realize it til this video.
1:50
Screenwriter’s absolutely dejected face made burst out in laughter 😂
I’ve had the pleasure of occasionally chatting with Ryan, and in addition to having a great sense of humor, he’s a genuinely nice guy. Well, he is Canadian, so that’s super easy …
Barely an inconvenience!
"What started as two pretty grounded characters, slowly morph into two perma-smile psychopaths."
That's the first thing I notice when I rewatch the old episodes :D
Honestly, it's kinda amazing how you managed to keep the quality so high for so long. Here's to 500 episodes!
They grow up so fast😭
It's like he was directed by the WKUK - Happier and with your mouth open.
It reminds me of Handsome Jack
Yeah, the old Pitch Meetings almost seem lifeless in comparison. He really honed in on his style over the years.
Now I want a pitch meeting about honest trailers. Do I have any idea what that would look like? No, but I still want it.
I was looking for it in the doobly-doo, assuming it must have been done! We need this!
2:25-2:32 - the microexpressions in that pause is a testament to Ryan's acting.
Congratulations, Ryan! You earned this success by creating some of the best content on all the Interwebz. And thanks to Epic Voice Guy for this collaboration-it’s AWESOME when the two best channels on CZcams work together!
"So, you have a movie for me?"
"Yes sir, I do!"
Never fails to put a smile on my face!
"Oh really??" ;)
Yeah Yeah Yeah
I love how even if you close your eyes, you can somehow hear the fact that he's smiling 🥲
The enthusiasm of Pitch Guy is so contagious.
Yeah Yeah Yeah. Yeah.
I suspect the pitch meeting for honest trailers would be significantly more brutal... congrats Ryan George on 300 quality episodes.
I thought that that's what this was going to be.
ANDY NO!
I was disappointed actually, based on the thumbnail, I thought I was going to watch a pitch meeting for honest Trailer...i want my money back!
Yeah lol. I thought the video was going to be about the Pitch Meeting for Honest Trailers.
Me too
"This Pitchable Me". Nova class humor. Kudos.
I so love this. Now Pitch Meeting needs to do a pitch meeting for Honest Trailers
I love that they brought up the whole 'at this point Ryan looks wrong when he's not in front of a green screen' thing.
Bro if I saw him irl I'd, probably briefly go into a dissociative state briefly 😂💀
@@do3807 He just wouldn't look right to me unless he has a fake mustache over a real mustache.
That part about the two of them slowly turning into perma smile psychopaths is spot on!
I love both but I prefer the more grounded style from before
Not to mention the growing lore of the Ryanverse involving other employees at the studio, the characters' life history, and the reason they always have the same haircut.
@@HerculesBallsInc it's all connected
Honestly, if you're at any job long enough, you start growing your own psychosis. Producer Guy and Screenwriter Guy are just comfortable with each other now.
@RedCaio really?? I got into pitch meetings during the perma smile era so whenever an episode pops up when he’s all boring, I immediately click off and find his goofier ones lol
I just always appreciated how passive-aggressive his Pitch Meetings are for the movies he reviews. So when he starts grilling the movie you like, you can still enjoy it.
Morphing from two grounded guys to two permasmiling psychopaths is my favourite part of this. I would love to see someone put together an 'evolution of the Hollywood guys' clip reel to see them steadily change over time.
okay now i want a pitch meeting of honest trailers more than anything
I believe they did do a Pitch Meeting and Film Theory mashup. That might wet your whistle.
@@protorhinocerator142 Yeah, the Joker episode.
That's what I thought this was lol
I was hoping it's gonna be at the end of this video 😔
My first thought. Yes.
This is one the few things I watch where "HE SAID THE THING!" is what I actually like about it. I love these catch phrases. Most importantly they are always part of a joke, not just a catch phrase for catch phrase sake, so even if you watch it as a new viewer you aren't missing a joke.
very well said
Indeed! It helps that a large chunk of the catch phrases voice feelings we've all had about many movies...he's nailed down universal sentiments!
And I now have incorporated so many of these into my daily lexicon.
My boss has come to accept my weird tone of voice when she asks me something and I reply “Yes sir, I do.” 🤣
When I see a movie now, I am always thinking of where certain catchphrases will show up.
that part reminds me of the simpsons episode where bart becomes famous for saying i didn't do it on live tv. he gets so tired that when an entire class wants him to say it he forces himself to say it with no emotion.
I actually managed to put in a "super-easy barely an inconvenience" while questioning a witness in a trial. One of the other lawyers laughed before catching himself.
Avoiding getting disbarred for slipping in catchphrases for fun is tight!
1:03 Historic CZcams Gold
I think we all need to give Ryan a huge round of applause for saving Screen Rant and then becoming one of the biggest film channels on YT, all by taking CinemaSins and making it actually funny.
…I think CinemaSins is funny :/
@@orbislame too bad it’s not and it doesn’t even actually point out (sins) anyways anymore
@@orbislame Whether or not you think it's funny, it definitely isn't an honest attempt at pointing out cinema sins lol
What do you mean saving screen rant? Screen rant is trash... Ryan is the only good thing about them. Too bad they won't let him go to do pitch meeting on his channel
@@YaNoAwantoMas that’s what they meant by saving screen rant. Only reason why people watched screen rant was because pitch meetings used to be uploaded there
Gotta thank Canada for maintaining its streak of precious Ryans it has gifted to the world. And by the way, Epic Voice Guy- do we KNOW for a fact that Ryan George doesn't have six pack abs?
Seen younger Ryan in sketches with his friends at movingmindstudios. Dude was hot.. and def had some muscle on him
We produce almost as much Ryan as we do poutine!
some of his clones do
Gonna need you to get *all the way* off his back...AND his abs.
He has 12 pack abs. So technically Epic Voice Guy was correct.
Now we need an Honest Trailers Pitch Meeting
I honestly love you, from the bottom of my honest heart. Thank you, George and Ryan!
Shoutout to the guy with the "Super Easy Barely an Inconvenience" sign last night at AEW Dynamite. Congratulations Ryan, you made it as a wrestling sign.
His presence seems to be bubbling up over at reddit a bit more recently, too.
Should be helpful to accumulate many more *Viiiieeeeeeeeewwwws*

I had NO IDEA how much I needed this!! Now PLEASE do a Pitch Meeting for Honest Trailers!!!!
Yes!!!
Wow wow wow wow wow........ wow.
I thought that's what this was gonna be at first
Seriously!
Episode 400 special confirmed
I've been binging these over the past week and now I learn there are at *least* 300 of them? Watching them all will be super easy, barely an inconvenience! Thanks so much for the laughs, Ryan, and thank you for helping me become even more hyper-aware of what little faith and confidence Hollywood has in us as consumers of their "entertainment".
2:37 he forgot to mention the third guy; RyanGeorge: the intern. and an ocational 4th guy the guest-star! and or the monologue-guy too(5th-guy?)/him
OH MY GOD IT’S ACTUALLY HAPPENING
@@EEEEEEEE real as hell
Everybody Stay Calm....STAY THE FUCKING CALM!!!
That montage of catchphrases was very satisfying.
You could even see Screenwriter Guy die a little inside when Epic Voice Guy nagged him to say "super easy, barely an inconvenience".
The title of this actually took my brain a few moments to process. "Oh look, a new Pitch Meeting. Wait, no, it's an Honest Trailer. Wait, it's...a crossover?!!" *clicks thumbnail at hypersonic speed*
I hope you never grow tired of making these Pitch Meetings, Ryan. They're amazing! Thank you!
I thought I was the only one I noticed how as time progressed both Ryan’s became more unhinged and looked more insane
Same
that's hollywood for ya
Honestly, I like those episodes with unhinged duo more than the grounded ones.
I mean how long could you be in the room with your 3rd cousin who looks like you, sounds like you, and has the exact same name as you before you started to become a bit unhinged?
I loved how they addressed the great change from grounded characters in 2017 to what Ryan brilliantly does now.
Hey, shut up!
"So is it going to be hard doing a crossover with Honest Trailer?"
"Actually it's gonna be super easy. Barely an inconvenience."
For the 400th pitch meeting we should have a Ryan George pitch meeting. Like the one done for Tom Cruise.
In the middle of university lecture, I've managed to throw in a "wow, wow, wow.... wow" and "Oh really" at the right time. Was a great pleasure to hear the recognition around the auditorium
I also try to sneak in inside jokes and look for fellow "people of culture" who get them :D
I wish I could have witnessed that :-)
And uh... are you giving or receiving the lecture?
Also enjoyable is the confused looks from all the noobs who don't pitch meetings.
It's so fun to see them gawk in astonishment.
@@RJiiFin oh wait that is actually a good question. I just assumed he was the lecturer, which would be either funny or cringe based on execution. If he is in the audience this would be just annoying.

Honestly I didn’t want any pitch meetings for a long time because of the big eye thumbnails
What’s with the big-eye thumbnails anyway?
I remember being so pissed off about the way Game Of Thrones, Season 8 ended! Then I saw the G.O.T. S8 Screen Rant (earlier form of Pitch Meeting) and it was so cathartic for me to see that! "So, you've got a new CZcams show for me?"
"Yes, sir, I do!"
"Oh that's amazing, what's it about?"
"Ok so you know movie trailers?"
"Those things we make that end up spoiling the entire movie and cause no one to actually see the movie?"
"Exactly! So I was thinking, maybe we could do that"
"A trailer for a movie? We kinda already do that though"
"No no, see, these trailers are gonna be parodies of the actual movies!"
"Oh online CZcams shows that parody the movie industry are tight!"
"Yeah yeah yeah!"
"That sounds like a thing, tell me more"
"So we're gonna start the video with a green screen, then we're gonna show the title of the movie, and then we're gonna spend the entire rest of the video calling out on Hollywood's increasingly repetitive and nonsensical mumbo jumbo"
"Isn't that what we al-"
"Listen sir, I'm gonna need you to get all the way off my back about the nature of parody online shows about the movie industry"
"Oh let me get off that thing then"
"Thank you, so anyways, I was thinking, maybe we could hire a guy with a cool epic voice as narrator, movie trailers are nothing without one of those"
"That's very true, that's how I began my career after ditching medical school, I was the epic voice guy from all the trailers"
"Really?"
"I narrated one of the trailers for Top Gun"
"Anyways, and then at the end of the video, we're gonna show the title of the movie all over again for a second time"
"Oh, don't you think people are gonna get tired of that though?"
"What do you mean?"
"Like, we're basically gonna be repeating the same title from the beginning anyways, it seems kinda meaningless and you know a waste of time is a waste of money, and I really love money, you see"
"Oh dang it"
"Yeah"
"Listen, if you find it an issue, maybe we can have the first title be the actual title of the movie, and the last one maybe could be a parody one"
"Oh people love parodies, and online shows that parody things they know"
"Exactly"
"But theoretically there would be a time when we just run out of movies, though, like, we're clearly already running out of original IPs and content in Hollywood anyways, isn't that gonna be hard to deal with?"
"Actually, sir, it's gonna be super easy, barely an inconvenience!"
"Really?"
"Yeah I was thinking, maybe we could also sometimes cover TV and streaming shows from time to time"
"That works, but are we only gonna cover newer releases though?"
"Oh what do you mean?"
"Say, if we were to make a trailer for a movie from the 80s, would we do that?"
"Of course, sir, I was even thinking we could have a segment where we cover the past, present, and maybe even future -if budget allows- of cinema all together, maybe during the summer"
"Because summer blockbusters!"
"Exactly!"
"I'm sold, but we're gonna need to choose a proper and creative, and very original, name for the show"
"Trust me, sir, I'll come up with the single most creative, original and fitting title ever!"
"Fantastic!"
I’ve watched every single pitch meeting and still eagerly await the next one each week.
