Netflix has admitted themselves that most people only watch the first half of comedy specials. I think 30-40 minutes is perfect. I'd rather watch a 30 minute special every 6 months than an hour long special once a year.
I definitely would prefer an hour. People stop watching movies halfway through all the time, should we start making movies only forty minutes long? No, try to make the whole movie good.. C'mon Chrissy Short-Spesh! Great job tho ❤️

One of the best comics preforming!! Learned about him through The Bonfire. You hear the voice and have an expectation (like he said when he was in the doctoral PT program), the skill and quick wit is insane. His (drunken) story of 9/11 is a classic on CZcams.
Hes a great comedian and I dont want to take away from that, but I also think hes the kind of person who is just funny. Like 7 days a week, just going to breakfast with him you're laughing. I've known people like that and his wit and timing are too good, everytime I see him on anything I'm laughing. Hope he just keeps climbing.

Man, this shit is so wild. My wife and I watched every season of Beastmaster, because of course we did, and I remember on numerous occasions saying out loud, "I love this Distefano guy. This dude is drunk off his balls right now." Not as drunk as the Chinese lady commentator, she was GONE, omg I loved her, but my man, you were having a shit kicking good time. I also vividly remember the duck sauce line and dying. This is just awesome, because it's not often you get to watch a TV show, and have everything you are saying out loud like a maniac in your living room turn out to be completely true. Cheers, dude! :D

I was a poor college kid living on my own since I was 16. Someone told me to get food stamps because I literally couldn’t afford food. I had a severely part time job even though I asked for hours and volunteered to be called in when someone called in sick or whatever. I was about 20lbs underweight at the time. I waited for 5 hours sitting on a very uncomfortable fold up chair for my turn to beg for food. The worker I finally talked to was easily 400lbs. She sat on two rolling desk chairs, about one for each triple sized human ass cheek. She asked me if I was a college student, I said yes. She asked me if I was enrolled as a full time student, I excitedly said “yes!” thinking that full time college students need adequate sustenance to maintain brain and body function to study hard. She wheezed from all the effort of asking me all of those two questions then asked me if I was employed? I said yes! She asked how many hours I worked in a week? I said, “17 hours a week but I’ve been pushing for more since I started there and I’m required to put in 30 hours a week of homework for all of my courses.” She sighed like she was having palpitations. She said, “since you don’t work 20 hours a week as a full time college student, you don’t qualify for food assistance.” That’s when I finally understood that if I had just not enrolled in college and gave up on life from the very start of my adult life I could eat like Jabba the Hutt. Good thing my boots had straps ‘cause I picked myself up by them mother fuckers that day.
...That was a random ass story.
That being said, I went through the same thing. Denied food stamps bc I was going to college.
Stopped going to college and now I get $200+ a month for food!
So worth it.
I’ve legit downloaded some of those Beastmaster episodes for a flight a few years ago. 1) that’s a terrible thing to download for a plane ride, and 2) I never heard anything that I considered offensive. I probably laughed at that duck sauce shit and didn’t even register it
