How do you get saved? How do you go to Heaven? What does the Bible say about salvation?
Here’s salvation plain and simple:
All have fallen short of God’s glory and perfect moral standard: all have sinned (Romans 3:23), and just one sin makes us deserving of Hell (James 2:10). I’ve lied, you’ve lied . . pretty simple.
God requires absolute perfection to enter Heaven because He is perfectly holy and righteous. God doesn’t want us to be separated from Him, He loves us and
He loves you . . .the Bible says He is a loving friend who sticks closer than a brother. Would a loving God make salvation difficult? Of course not! What did He do to fix this sin problem? God left Glory in Heaven, manifested Himself in the flesh as a human, Jesus Christ, never once sinned, perfectly fulfilled the law, did not deserve punishment, yet He became OUR sin for US. John the Baptist said about Jesus: “Behold the lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” Colossians 2:14 says “Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;” And, right before Jesus died, He declared “It is finished!” In other words, the debt of sin
has been paid off in full (past, present, and future sins) by His death on the cross. He finished all of the work, and thus, there is no
work for you to do. Ephesians 2:8-9 says “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” After this, He was buried in a tomb. On the third day, He bodily resurrected from the grave and was seen alive by over 500 people at once and also the disciples and the apostles. Hard for you to believe in the resurrection? Well, these disciples and apostles, like Paul, went on to preach this Gospel, were severely persecuted, and suffered horrific deaths for their faith.
Would they suffer trials and death for a lie?
How do you accept this free gift of salvation and forgiveness of all your sins so that you can be promised everlasting life? Jesus answers this in John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever BELIEVETH in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” When Jesus spoke to Martha, He said: “ . . I am the resurrection, and the life: he that BELIEVETH in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and BELIEVETH in me shall NEVER DIE. Believest thou this?” (John 11:25-26).
Do you notice a common theme here? To be saved, all you must do is believe the Gospel, that the Lord Jesus Christ died for all your sins past, present, and future, was buried, and rose from death on the third day, and trust in that alone for your salvation believing that you can never lose your salvation because Jesus paid it all. The instant you do that, God seals you with the Holy Spirit of Promise and promises you everlasting life. Therefore, since salvation does not depend on your own behavior or
works or commitment to God or maintaining your faith, but depends solely on Jesus’ finished payment for your sin on the cross and defeat of death when He rose from it, you can be 100% sure that you will go
to Heaven. 1 John 5:13 says “These things have I written unto you that BELIEVE on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may BELIEVE on the name of the Son of God.”

@@albertfralinger2711 if you you get burnt every time u touch fire, u start to realize that your hand cant take that type of heat, so u move it away, are you gonna keep touching the fire or because you now know its hot and it can burn you, you decide not to touch it again? You being burnt by the fire gives you that wisdom so that you dont go touching it again because its hot. Same thing with God! U fear the lord because you know what he can do to you, jus as you fear the fire because of what it can do to you. God bless you man ❤️
@@Dxclined I understand what you are trying to say, but it is a very different example. I can witness fire with my own eyes. I can feel it’s warmth. And if I get too close, I can experience the pain from a burn. I can take all this information and make my own decisions about how to handle fire and when to fear it. Fear of something you cannot see or feel or measure or experience in any away seems pretty irrational to me.

@Barry Allen please tell me you don't think that only the 144,000 will be saved out of the billions of people who have ever lived? Jesus came to die for the sins of the whole world. ALL who call upon Him shall be saved. The 144,000 are chosen & will enter heaven of course, but so will countless others.

God will chose 12,000 each from the 12 tribes of Israel & place His mark upon them so no harm will come to them during the tribulation & they shall go out & preach the gospel into all the world for a season until God takes them home. Along with the 2 witnesses.
How great the apostle Paul's ministry was in his life time. The 144,000 shall be like Paul's ministry only so many more. God is AWESOME! Getting as many saved as will come unto Him even during those difficult times of the tribulation period.

I'm thankful to Ray for making clear what "Goodness" actually is. Only God is truly good, and if we were to look directly into his goodness, we would be consumed. Goodness isn't nice.....it has to recognize and punish evil. Much like a responsible parent, there are rewards and punishments for our behavior.

Am i living my life according to what the bible says. Do i have love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, kindness, goodness,and self control. These are the fruits of the Holy Spirit. That is the testing of the truth of Gods Holy Word.
Can you truly live out what it says in James 1: 19 my beloved brethern. Let every man be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger. Because the anger of man doesn't produce the righteousness of Christ. Go has given us a free will. We do what we want. When we want. Whatever we want. But there will come a day where we will give an account for every idol word spoken, every thing we have lusted after. This life on 🌎 is passing away. We all work for wages. The bible says for the wages of sin is death. But the free gift of God is everlasting life through Jesus Christ our Lord. That is the true testing. When we are going through trials. Do we see God's hand at work in our life. Consider it pure joy my brothers when you fall into various trials of many kinds. Because the testing of your faith produces patience. I noticed that the name of these men were Angel and Christian. I am sure that they have both had Godly conversations with other people about their names. I am pretty sure though that they had probably never heard the Gospel like it was presented to them on this day. I thank God for this ministry and for the knowledge that I am getting from watching these videos. I am starting to share my faith more and more.

And I tell you, God would be totally justified in condemning me to eternal hell many times over! But because I understood what I had done wrong, that I had sinned against the thrice Holy and Loving God who died for me on a cross, my heart literally melted. I was saved by God, not by my own smile or acceptance or happiness. But because I understood what I had done and repented with great sorrow and grief, and believed in Jesus Christ as my Lord and my Savior, I was saved by that same loving and Merciful God.

Allow the source of your joy to be in Jesus and in who He is and what He did for you. Keep on praying to Him and trusting that He hears you and wants what is best for you. I've been watching Ray for a few years now. I also watch other evangelism channels. I see some come against extreme reactions. I see some who seem to believe getting in argumentative contests will convince others. I see some preach hellfire and damnation. NONE get the response like Ray gets! The Bible says we should patiently and gently instruct others AND if they won't listen we are not to try and force the Gospel on them. Ray is a great example of this, imo.
