May be window related notification , but notification is in in the test theam notification) I want to know what that notification meant and if it will invalidate my test. Can you elaborate more on what the notification says?
I think you don't need to worry about invalidation as long as it did not pause the test for you or you didn't do things like eyes off screen etc.

I believe you can increase your vocabulary by simply reading books, newspapers or online content.
I am not sure if there is any specific vocabulary list that I would suggest.

I think you should atart speaking in english. That's the first step. Speaking incorrectly is better than not speaking at all.

For sure you can.
Infact, there are high chances that you will score high if you use the connectors and linking words in your sentences as both of them are used to make sentence complex and logically constructed.

Sorry to hear about invalidation. But that's not the end.

Secondly, make some changes to your speaking and writing answers. Add more linking words, make less pauses, Speak with slow pace and clear pronunciation, have structure in your answer(intro->main idea-> conclusion.

there can be multiple reasons for that, like Thier website/app issues, Connectivity issues etc.

So, if you book 2 tests then, you can give first test within 21 days of booking test and once you give the first test, you get another 21 days from the result day of the first test.
In your case, you booked the exam on 30th March. and you gave the first test on 2nd April. You should have got your result by 4th of April. Now you have 21 days from 4th April to give another test. Meaning you can give the second test anytime until April 25th.
You can always check this information from the DET support team. You can click on the help button on the bottom right and start chat with them.

Firstly make sure that you close all the applications that are visible in your task bar.
Secondly, check the arrow button which is to the left of wifi/internet icon on the bottom right of the screen.
make sure that there are no applications running in that.

Good question, so in survey, you would be asked few question about your personal information like nationality and your qualifications.
To start the test, you just click on begin test button that appears on dashboard once you purchase the test. Once you click begin test, you would be shown some test rules and regulation, there would be an audio test, and then they would ask for your government issued identification. You can use passport as your identification.
And finally, your test begins after that.

In my opinion, it is very difficult to assess what will you score on certified test based in your practice test score.
Practice test gives you idea on how good you have time perform in order to be in that range.
The certifified test aren't different in terms of the pattern of test. The questions will ofcourse be different.

I feel 90-100 score is decent and making some changes to the answers can improve your score.
Did you try to frame your answers like I do in my practice test?
Make use of linking words to form big statements.
Make sure you don't repeat the words, instead, you can use synonyms.

Scoring 140 and above will need you make changes to your answers and make less mistakes.
Try to use the structure format for answering your questions. Like Intro+ Main Ideas+ Conclusion.
Secondly, learn linking words and add them to your sentences to make them complex.
Learn variety of vocabulary and use synonyms instead of using same words again and again.
I took my test yesterday and today i received an email saying i have to verify my id again.can i use my phone for it? And do i have to give a test again for that?

I don't think you'll have to give test again.
You can use anything that has clear camera which can take photo of your Id.
Just follow the instruction that are shown in the email, and you should be good.

So, for participate in conversation question type, you need to select the answer based on few things.
The start of conversation should be like a formal beginning. And you can understand that from the different option given.
The selected answer should match the kind of conversation. Meaning. If the conversation is about two friends talking about their job. Then you cannot select something that's not related to them talking about something else.
Lastly, the answer should match the tone of what was the earlier prompt about.

I normally suggest having your low-end score to the point that you are aiming to achieve.
120-130 is a good score.
Try to make some changes and see if you are able to get 130 at least once or twice.
I believe that will make you even more confident.

1. No, the question that you see in practice test won't be part of certified test. The questions on practice test are there to give you idea on what kind of questions can be asked.
2. Yes, It is a good practice that complete the survey and then start the test. In survey, you'll be asked some information about yourself like name, etc.
3. 115-125 is good score on practice test. It is hard to determine what you will score based on the practice test score. But practice test gives you idea on how to perform on your actual test to get the score that you want. In you case, if you perform the same as you do on your practice test, There are high chances that you'll achieve the score that you are aiming for.

I think you should not worry as you were able to submit the test in the second attempt successfully.
When the test is interrupted because of some technical issues, you are given an additional attempt. This is a common issue.

For writing, first writing make sure that you write an answer in the form of structure (Intro + main Idea + conclusion). Secondly, don't repeat the same words again and again, try to use synonyms. Lastly, make sure that you use linking words to make sentences more complex.
This will help you gain more marks in your writing section.
And the most important thing. Believe in your preparation and believe that your are going to do good.

So, in the supporting paragraph, you should always elaborate the ideas that you mentioned in the first paragraph.

You will see the new questions on your practice test.
However they won't be part of actual test untill 2nd April 2024.
So if you are appearing for your test before 2nd April 2024, you should not worry about them.

Yeah.
Unfortunately they have replaced the old question types.
This is something that many students are facing issues with lately those who are appearing before 2nd April.
so basically there isn't any way how you can assess your score unless you are practicing those individual questions on some third party platform.

I believe the regular mic that comes with laptop or desktop should be just fine.
Just make sure that you are pronouncing words clearly and loudly.

I don't have suggestion on the mic to be used but I think you can go for any regular mic available on amazon or your local shops.
Or if you don't want to buy one, then my advice would be to borrow someone's laptop for the test.

In My opinion, scores on practice test doesn't tell you how much you will score on certified test.
It helps you understand 2 things.
1. The test structure, it gets you familiar to the types of questions that you can expect on your certified test.
2. It helps you get idea that if you perform the same way how you did on practice test, you can achieve the score anywhere between lower level and high-level score.
I always suggest everyone to practice until your lower-level score reaches the score that you want on your certified test.
